The final two Gameweek 37 matches take place tonight.

Bournemouth v Manchester City gets us underway at 19:30 BST, with Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur kicking off 45 minutes later.

Both the title and the final relegation spot could be sewn up tonight. If City drop points on the south coast, Arsenal will be crowned champions. If Spurs beat Chelsea (a draw will almost certainly do, too), West Ham United are down.

TEAM NEWS

At the Vitality, Cityย boss Pep Guardiola makes two changes from Saturday’s FA Cup final win over Chelsea.

Mateo Kovacic for Omar Marmoush is the one outfield alteration, while Gianluigi Donnarumma returns to take his place from cup goalkeeper James Trafford.

Rayan Cherki is again only among the substitutes.

Andoni Iraola’s one change is an enforced one.

Tyler Adams is in for the suspended Ryan Christie.

Meanwhile, at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea make four changes from their narrow defeat to Man City on Saturday.

Malo Gusto and Reece James drop to the bench, while Joao Pedro and Levi Colwill are absent altogether.

Josh Acheampong, Andrey Santos, Pedro Neto and Liam Delap come in to Calum McFarlane’s side.

Spurs are unchanged from Gameweek 36.

Antonin Kinsky retains his place, despite Guglielmo Vicario returning to the matchday squad.

Far too harsh, not sure what’s happened there, what will City’s punishment be?

It's a hard one to decide on the suitable punishment, as it seems they have proof of multiple times over the season, why now it's come to light, sour grapes? who knows.. but the end of the day. They could have benefited from having advanced knowledge of tactics, lineup, etc. There must be a tinge of, well if we los, we're gonna make an issue of it. What is appropriate punishment, especially when promotion is at stake, points deduction ?

I don't understand the Boro being elevated bit. Multiple breaches apparently yet only Boro benefit from that part. One known victim were relegated. Long been suspected Gibson has friends in the EFL hierarchy

Guess its the only outcome if you throw Southampton out, as you can't let Hull get promoted without facing someone. There has to be consequences, and in hindsight, it seems such a stupid act to do, trust your player and system.. you dont need to cheat to get an advantage. Maybe after doing it the previous 3 times, they worked a better way to benefit from it.. Bet they thought that by coming clean they would be lenient.

They admitted to spying on 3 teams over the season and didn’t win any of those games yet managed to get thrown out of the PL play off final. What a stupid decision to do it in the first place. I’m not sure how they could have stayed in the play off final having admitted to the spying.

O'Rielly, Haaland, Lewis Skelly, Cherki twice & Pedro this run-in has cost me lots of points. Doing Semenyo > Cherki total disaster.

The Cherki move I never understood?

Semenyo is probably on of first names on the team sheet.

I was one who did it and on reflection it was a classic case of listening to content creators far too much rather than doing my own thing…. Biggest lesson I have learnt this season is to remember a content creator view is just an opinion and sometimes you should stick to your own decisions.

In the sense that Arsenal havent really elevated themselves this season over their previous seasons, but Man City have been stuck in 4th gear throughout

So could you not say the same for Arsenal? They’ve been winning games far from their best. United done it for years. They’ve been beating what’s in front of them and that’s all you can do. They are fully deserving of being where the way are and a CL final to boot.

I was living off the Holloway Road and managed to get a ticket when Arsenal beat Everton to win the title

4-0 including an Adams break away goal in 1998 in his last game at Highbury/ for Arsenal.

All good fun. But it got more annoying when they won the FA Cup double and every corner had drunken Arsenal fans getting beeped at by passing traffic etc all bank holiday weekend.

Or maybe it just carried on for weeks.
