Get in baines for dawson? Or go for a liv defender?

Baines isn't good value now that he's not even taking penalties. I fancy the Pool defence especially as they have a double coming up.

Since Baines lost pk duties, Coleman is a much much much better pick up. Sad that Lukaku has to take the pks just so that his price tag doesn't look like a total failure.

Really interesting transfer decisions this week, Ozil and Bellerin out probably but as for who I have no idea?

Myhill (buy of the season 🙂 )
Ivan Bertrand Cresswell (bout time he got more than 1pt)
Hazard Silva Mane Eriksen (2 spuds aaagh)
    Aguero Kane

That move is to give money for Zamora to Vardy. You can field 11 this week plus 2 extra DGWer for next.
You can do Bellerin to some Leciester defender, not much pts in that defense though...

Started in a four at the back, but system changed and he moved forward I think.

As a result of system change, Lei scored two goals and won the game, so he could be playing further forward again

Outsiders because they don't have enough points. But Pulis will drag them over the line even if he has to play himself.

QPR, Hull, Leicester and Burnley will struggle to get enough points to overtake them even as it stands. One win (or a couple of draws) will probably be enough.

Of those 4 I have a feeling Leicester might stage the great escape. Hull are in real danger now. So are Sunderland.

        Amen.

Puncheon needs to do something in the next 2, been on my bench but now he's needed so hope he's been timing his haul to help.

          I think he will.

Bolasie is a superb player (even form FPL) but he ain't going to start scoring hattricks every week.

I reckon Puncheon is more consistent and will score big soon..

Yeah, he scored something like 4 in a 100 games so you missed the boat on him if you are looking to bring him in.

            I hope Punch does.
I was left frustrated with Palace scoring 4 times yesterday, but Punch doing nothing.

      Lennon, Barkley or Puncheon.

Steer clear of Bolasie, yesterday was a freak occurrence.

Well I'm going Remy for Austin simply because he's done it before for QPR and Newcastle so expect him to do it for Chelsea.

Was about this time last year that Skertl starting banging the goals in with his baldy noggin.

Think he got like 3 or 4 in the final few GWs. Two in one game right?

Is there any point in bringing in players for a couple of GW's? Likes of Murray etc.... just to transfer them back out again. Transfers are precious at this stage but then again... so are points.

I don't think so myself....Chelsea, Liverpool and then Arsenal players for their DGWs will keep my transfer busy from now til the end. Other players in my team (Aguero, Silva, Kane, SOT defence) are excellent fillers...

You can always bench them. I am a casual so planning to bring in Bolasie for 2 weeks;-)

Will then bench him for the tougher matches.

It's really annoying as I had a Saints block, only comfort is that Alderweireld got 9 so once my sub comes in for 2 points I'm only down 1 point as hoped for 12 from the pair.

    DGW players:

Chelsea: Hazard (c), Remy & Ivanhoe
    Liverpool: Hendo, Coutinho & Skertl
    Hull: -
    Lei: -

    About right?

        But which one?

Would mean benching Kane, Aguero, Silva, Clyne/Toby/PVA or Heaton (LEI) and for a hit.

Just can't see anything worth it. Even on a WC I'd struggle bringing someone in...

I think I'm benching Kane in the DGW, away to Southampton won't be easy for him and his big points have largely come at home.

Fancy Southampton to beat them now.

      Looks it, think I'm going...

      Ivanovic, Hazard (c) Remy
      Johnson/Moreno, Henderson, Sturridge (if fit)

If Sturridge is not fit I may just double up on Johnson and Moreno with Henderson.

Not sure I'd double on Liverspuds def, esp with Hendo, Coutinho, Sterling, sturridge and maybe Ibe as options...

Thing is, they've been fairly solid away and I'm not sure Henderson, Sterling or Coutinho are better options that Silva, Puncheon, Hazard or Sanchez (who I won't sell) in that week, I have one spot in mf to play with and want minimal disruption as the main focus once 34 is out of the way will be Giroud, Ramsey/Ozil so don't want to be moving money around.

Will probably stick with Johnson, Henderson and Sturridge though, only reason I won't will be if Aguero starts scoring again before 34.

Henderson and Remy both rose last night.

      Mostly agree.

Perhaps Countinho could be Studge or Sterlo but see how they are playing nearer the gwk.

Agree with the CHS three although some are thinking of doubling up on the deefence if Remy's gametime is threatened.

I'd have one from LEI but gawd knows who at this stage. At least they are scoring goals at present.

I'd be happy with 120mins from Remy in the DGW. If Costa does come back, he won't be fresh and therefore likely to be subbed.

Also if Remy scores a couple vs QPR and plays well vs Utd he might be given the nod?

Yes apart from I'm also looking at Vardy and Studge instead of Coutinho - but it could all change.

This DGW is about damage limitation rather than getting ahead, IMO, as so many will WC a lot of players in

4, will do an 8 depending on how GW33 goes, if I can get to 50 ahead of someone I will spend the 8 and take the lead down to 42.

GW34 is the last big hurdle to.dodge tactically if you are maintaining a lead in various leagues especially of you are playing against someone with a WC so can't be too conservative.

This is why I asked, Chill, trying to maintain a gap but I've had a run of poor GWs. If can get through 34 unscathed, I should be okay

Same mate, had a 70 lead go down to 41 and playing against someone with a WC so have to get through the double with minimal damage, if it means taking a -8 then I will because they will play twice anyway.
