Walking around B&Q looking at plants (for the sake of the Missus), quick check of the result and was relieved he'd conceeded 3...little did I know of the penalty save until I saw he was BAPS, which considering he'd conceeded 3 can have only meant one thing.It should be 3 points for a pen save, 5 is just ludicrous and TBH its usually because it was a poor pen rather than a good save, the save is usually a regulation type stop.

I can live with Mignolet getting the points, whatever. But next season, saving a penalty that gets put back should not count as a 5 point save though the taker should still get the miss points.
That's a bit of an inconsistency. If keeper doesn't get credited for saving at first attempt why should the player get penalised for missing at first attempt

It's a dead ball situation, any goal after it's been saved is a goal from open play even If it is put in by the taker a second or two later.

I'm going to likely bench Skrtel and maybe Henderson. I think my 1 ft and 1 hit I'll limit myself to next gw will involve selling Giroud for a punty cheap forward like Cisse, Austin etc (although I can't do Ulloa as I already have 3 foxes), and then trade Cazorla to Hazard. Alternatively, I could trade Sanchez for Hazard if the feeling is that Alexis might get a rest, and then I can make one more trade elsewhere.

I rate him quite highly. Even when he went through a bad FPL spell his performances were still really quite good. I sold Eriksen, Sterling, Fabregas and AdM ahead of him in the past 10GWs or so. Next season could be really good for him I think
