    Am I mad to take an 8 point hit to do:

    Kompany to Kolarov
    Ayew to Pedro
    Pelle to Diouf

    Think Kolarov & Pedro could end up being must-haves and don't want to miss out on good prices...

    Alternatively could just do Pelle to Benteke (W HAM)

        The first one enables the others. I'm thinking Pedro could be Chelsea's man to have this season. 8 pts does seem far too damaging though. Need Pelle out even if Saints have got Norwich at home next. He never fails to disappoint. Question is Benteke or Diouf?

    On the Kolarov vs. Kompany debate...

    Looking at points per 90 minutes played over the past 2 years:

    Kompany: 3.972

    Kolarov: 5.900

    The choice is clear

      If that was the only deciding factor, then yes...

      But it's the threat of Clichy.

      Kompany will play more minutes than Kolarov throughout the season, guaranteed.

      But at some point, Kolarov will be rotated.

          Nobody knows.

          Say next week, Kolarov doesn't start. You'll likely miss out on a clean sheet, he may come on for a one-point cameo, and then you'll be considering dropping him.

          But if you wanted to stick with City defence, you'll have to swap to the only one that is nailed, and transfer to Kompany anyway...

          Looking past the excess blobby weight, I think the attacking assets are not bad, but from the defensive pack, I only really rate Gomez. Worried there will be a better time to wild card later this year?

      I don't think a defensive shake up is worth a WC.

      Ritchie > Yaya is what I would do. Give Pelle one more week. You can cope without Kos for a week as well, good fixtures all round.

    just need a bit of advice.. is it worth saving the 'all out attack' chip for a wildcard or doesnt it really matter. i know triple captain should be saved for a double gameweek but not so sure if it matters for the other 2?

    so do we think the BPS system is better this season?

    watched the Arsenal/Pool game and no idea how Monreal, Bell and Chambers got bonus. Skrtel was outstanding and made game saving tackles and won so many headers yet he didn't get a shout in.

    Apart from Cech the Arsenal defence played pretty bad. where as Pool were solid and conrcete, even Lovren was good!

        yeah, I mean surely the idea behind bonus should be performance and it was clear as day that Skrtel was the best player on the pitch, I thought him and Cech were clear favs for bonus purely from watching the game

      Obviously something is wrong when Chambers - who was a huge calamity for half the game - is rated among the top 3 players. But it's near impossible to measure quality in numbers alone.
