Rojo or Blind could play LB. If we don't bring another CB in though those 2 will also be facing off for the LCB spot.

Shaw is still fairly young so will likely get a rest at some point, he seemed very tired at the end of the game today (had done a lot of running mind you).

(but don't think that rest will come just yet and will likely be played in most CL + prem games for me)

Rojo and Blind are big favourites of LvG though so expect them to feature regularly. There's a chance Rojo and Blind mainly play LCB though.

Guillem Balague: The key: will Madrid convince Keylor Navas to join United? If not, will Real wait till next season to get de Gea?

So what he's saying is that Madrid wants to include Navas in the DDG deal to drive the transfer fee down but he doesn't want to go to United. He also said no contact or bids have been made for DDG until now and there's no activity there for now.

He's been reliable in the past as far as I know.

Think I'll try and hold a transfer this week but a few are springing to mind:

    Payet / Sanchez to Ayew

    Diouf to Wilson

I don't think I can justify any of these at the moment given fixtures of Payet / Diouf. I might give one more week to Sanchez as Ayew has Watford (a) next.

Wilson seems great value but it's one of Aguero, Gomis or Diouf out. Think I need to ride it out a bit longer.

    Can't have everyone I suppose....

Payet/Sanchez to Ayew in not necessary IMO as you already have Gomis in your team. Both also have good fixtures.

Diouf to Wilson could be a sideways move as both have great fixtures (Diouf after Arsenal). I'd say hold your FT

Monreal is completely nailed and playing the best footy of his Arsenal career…but, Bellerin looks pretty set in that position and he offers that little bit more going forwards. Tough call but I would go with Monreal at the moment.

    37 points on the field
32 points on the bench: Ayew, Ward, Ogbonna & McCarthy.

    Mahrez(c)

This gw has been a personal record of benching the top scorers.

      Why would you bench Ayew,
who looked real sharp in GW3, unfortunate he didn't get on the scoresheet

Overestimated ManU backline. The other mids and forwards I fielded had easier and more favorable fixtures.

In other words: Aguero, Diouf and Mahrez blanked (3-4-3) and I did not use AOA (2-5-3) to get Ayew instead of Williams on the pitch.

Green Arrows all round 56 total, 31 just off Mane Ayew and Cedric.

So glad I kept hold of Mane and hoped players listed when I said he will play and keep him. 🙂
