Saturday’s Dugout Discussion schedule looks like bringing us a feast of action today with nigh on all of the big sides facing off against “kind” opposition. First up, we’re served the palette cleansing amuse-bouche of Newcastle vs Everton…

Newcastle line-up as predicted with Sylvain Marveaux given the chance to impress once more, with Gabriel Obertan sidelined. There are two changes for the visitors, as Royston Drenthe and Phil Neville come in for Diniyar Bilyaletdinov and the suspended Marouanne Fellaini. Teams in full are…

Newcastle XI: Krul; Simpson, S.Taylor, Coloccini (c), R.Taylor; Marveaux, Cabaye, Guthrie, Gutierrez; Ba, Best.

Everton XI: Howard; Hibbert, Jagielka, Heitinga, Baines; Coleman, Neville, Rodwell, Drenthe; Osman; Saha.

A fair few high scores are expected today. Liverpool at home to Swansea. United facing Steve Bruce’s Sunderland. Chelsea away at Blackburn. Arsenal hosting West Brom. City closing out the day down at Loftus Road against QPR.

The only other remaining fixture of the day is Aston Villa vs Norwich and that too looks like it could join in the revelry. Cue nil-nils all round to defy expectations. Either way, the Dugout Discussion will be here through every kick of the ball.

So finally Suarez hits them on target, and Vorm has to ruin it...from my bench nonetheless.

54pts with Silva, VdV and Wilkinson to go, plus bps for Agbon, RvP (c) and maybe Nani to come.

Any good? How's everyone else doing?

haha! To be fair, I've seen better potential scores this week already posted above and below. But yes, I'm happy enough so far to tell everyone my score I'll admit. But I think the average will be higher than the last couple of gws

62, with VDV, Adebayor & Gabbidon (off the bench for Bos) to play.
Not too convinced that I won't have 9 points docked from that due to dubious assists for Nani & RVP(c).
Wish they'd not raise hopes like this.

I feel you. I could lose the same pts. Still, something to smile about in the meantime.

I took out bloody Arteta 2 weeks ago and he has an assist and a goal in that time, Ramsey, nothing, one of those very painful transfers.

Shame Evans didn't start but CS's for Jones and Enrique plus an assist for Simpson. That'll do.

Should just play Vorm every week. Every time I ply him he does bugger all. Every week I bench him he keeps cleanies.

hmm. Carrick back so will rooney play up front against swansea next week? And RvP will probably be rested against norwich because of an important ucl match. Shall i wait a week for a rooney->rvp transfer?

Played Vorm but benched Naylor. Hopefully Ward and Walker will get clean sheets, but I think there's less than a 10% chance of that happening.

52 with Petrov, Silva, VDV and Ward to play, finally started getting my captain choices right. Could've been better had I started Vorm over Krul, but that's the sort of thing I can't really regret xD

Terrible game, 3 points is all that matters.

Rooney and Bentdner both had shots on target.

Dominated possession but couldn't breakdown Sunderland. Worried by Fletcher, seems to have lost the ability to run since he's been back from injury.
