Think i have made a very good wc33 gw team..
    Robles,Darlow,
    Sakho,Gabriel,Belerin,Delaney,Simpson
    Kdb,Payet,Coutinho,Alexis,Lanzizi
    Kun,Lukaku,Rashford.
Two problems are no Mahrez and Kane but thinking on getting them on gw 35 for Lukaku and Payet. What do you think?

          I'm seriously considering it too.

Sanchez is the standout TC option that DGW and Iwobi is the perfect Alexis enabler.

I'd do it even for a hit.

    Robles Darlow

0.4 left if I get Delaney

KDB + Mitro should pay off with the doubles.

          True.

But against a Bournemouth team who are safe and running out of steam, understandably, after a long season.

I'm not sure all City's away day blues have gone but KdB does make a difference to them and makes Kun a much tastier proposition.

Iwobi, Sanchez and Bellerin could be the best option for WC, but I wouldn't feel confident with Iwobi, he's the first to drop out as soon as Ramsey's fit, or Walcott and Giroud(Wellbeck droping to the side) choose to play

I like that line '....or Walcott and Giroud.....choose to play'.

Like they're the ones who pick the team every week.

Walcott: So Olive my son you fancy a runout today?

Giroud: Not this weekend, Theo, had a heavy sesh with some Maxim models last night I could do with a nice quiet afternoon on the bench.
        What about you?

Theo: Too knackered mate. I'll put messlf on with 10 mins to go after Iwobi and Alexis has run the opposition defence ragged. You OK with that, then, gaffer?

Wenger: Wait, what? I didn't see it...

Smallling and Rojo is too much Utd as you also have a Palace defender who won't play in GW35.

I think Gabriel is safe but I'd be tempted to swap Smalling for Bellerin and get a single GW35 playing defender. I agree with you Couts over Firmino. I think Firmino's influence diminishes when Sturridge and Coutinho play together (which is rare, granted).

          Eh?

Smalling is more expensive than Bellerin. You can get a decent defender for the £4.5 which you'd have from removing Gabriel.

What's the difference? That you would potentially take the hits if you change your mind?

6 goals in last 4 for kane although the braces against villa and Bournemouth might give reason for that. Spurs remaining games:

    ManU
    Stoke
    WBrom
    Chelsea
    Soton
    Newcastle

Apart from the last game all those fixtures are against defences that have been decent for periods of this season. Will Spurs be scoring that many goals for the rest of the season. Dropping kane means funds for kdb Sanchez etc although Kane is in great form...

I had a plan to drop him (Vardy is not a bad backup), but just couldn't do it. The form he is in, he can score against anyone, and with Spurs still pushing for the title they won't relax.

Sanchez. Once again my thoughts go back to an old argument. Watching the highlights yesterday it seemed to me that Iwobi, Sanchez and Welbeck was a very fluid front 3. They all tended to drift about. But Welbeck was the nominal cf and he was drifting wide and often deep, leaving space in the box and Sanchez tended to drift into it as is his natural game and where he is most deadly.

With Giroud up front this won't happen as Giroud isn't mobile enough so Sanchez will be forced wider and deeper whilst Giroud stays around the box.

tl:dr? If Welbeck and Iwobi start I would want Sanchez. If it's Giroud I would want Ozil

I had Sanchez yesterday. I will be keeping. To me it's also a case of if you have a player like Sanchez you try and build around him to get the best from him. Giroud needs to be benched for this. If Sanchez is ainjured then you start Giroud

I think Wenger has found s frontline combination that works. He should keep it.

Ozil will still create chances for that lot, he should actually have scored yesterday, but his FPL output will diminish with Iwobi-Sanchez-Welbeck up top.

I suspect Giraffe will get playing time in the DGW though, but Sanchez does look in top form and most likely to score in both those DGW matches.

Would you ever double up on Liverpool's DF if you were WCing

If so which 2 DFs would you have

    Any ideas would be welcomed

Right now, Sakho and Moreno but there's rotation risk aplenty.

His EO will be close to 150% I think , so a good punt!

If you wildcarded one week before than many of us that's exactly why you did it.

    Robles, Darlow

    Gabriel, Bellerin, Sakho, Delaney, Cathcart/Moreno

    Barkley, KDB, Alexis, Payet, Firmino

    Lukaku, Aguero, Mitrovic

    WC draft.. hows it looking?

Not a big fan of the Mitrovic punt. Can you fit in Kane? Lennon over Barkley might be a good shout.

Gabriel looks amazing DGW value at £4.3m. Just worried that Per M is coming back in at any time soon?

I guess that's the price to be paid. He's a real steel at 4.3 tho! Seriously considering doubling up on Arsenal defence.

Who would you rather have -

    Sanchez & Vardy
    Ozil & Kane

Would not want either Kane or Vardy with a DGW coming up.

Sanchez & Kane ? Am sure you can workout the difference somewhere in the remaining MF & DEF slots.

I would want Kane regardless of DGW with his form.

For many though its a straight choice of lukaku v Kane. With the former having 3 dgw's and being marginally cheaper, lukaku is still odds on favourite to come out of this period with the most points and free up some funds that will be needed elsewhere. Similar story for card slot where the quantity of goals has diminished . More sense to put a dgw player in that slot as well- one that is in a team fighting for something. Well that's my logic anyway 🙂

Ok. So I'm a non wildcarder. I'm wondering if I should do Ozil to Sanchez. To have this team for a mere minus four in 34

    HART. (Robles)
    SAKHO. GABRIEL. BELLERIN. Wollscheid. Huth
    PAYET. SANCHEZ. COUTINHO. Mahrez. (Alli)
    AGUERO. LUKAKU. Kane

If I keep Ozil. I don't need to take a hit. And can upgrade Gabriel to Koscielny

    Thoughts please?

    Thanks

Gonna WC in GW 34 so this will only be for one week, but I should I keep Kane (home to Man United) or Vardy (away at Sunderland) when I trade Lukaku in
