Hmmm this might be the best thing i came up with for the transfers...

Coleman + Martial + Cout > Mane + Kane + PvA its for -8 losing DGW players for Kane and Mane vs avl. Still a long way from pulling the trigger, but its enticing.

It sounds good for sure. I have a sneaky feeling that Aston Villa will have a good run, now that they are relegated. Southampton's fixtures aren't great after that and FTs are like gold now.

Might be true to be fair when it comes to avl, but they are generally just a poor side. No matter how you put it. I see sou putting 3 past them. Just a preliminary thought tho. Need to ship Coleman first.

Very tempted by Mane for next week, but I'd really only want him for one week and transfers are gold at this point of the season.

Haha do i hear an echo ?! 🙂

In any case that is true, just thought about that. The issue is Coleman could be out for 2 weeks or so, and that doesnt work for me. I need to get someone to replace him. Also, need to ship players who wont feature.

Kinda want to bring Kane back and lacking funds to upgrade Martial (want to keep Lukaku despite his atrocious form)

Wildcard GW36 Holders: What lessons can we learn from DGW34? So glad that we've avoid all the pit falls, right?

Clearly it is not advisable to go all 15 DGWers crazy? Or will you still do it?

In-form strikers like Aguero and Kane should not be let go, or should they?

Klopp's rotation trap: Before GW36 is the first leg of the European matches. 2nd leg is right before DGW37. How are we to avoid the same fate? Avoid picking any Liverpool players altogether?

Teams and players to depend on seems scarce. How many will you get from each of the 8 teams?
    - West Ham is the huge favourite, followed closely by Manchester United and Sunderland. 8 to 9 picks from these 3 teams?
    - To a lesser extend, Norwich, who will still be battling to avoid relegation. Perhaps one or 2 here?
    - Everton and Watford seems to be on holiday mood, dreaming about sunbathing on beaches, yet their fixture looks pretty good. 2 here?
    - Chelsea look lost and best to avoid, or not?
    - Liverpool is a huge rotation trap, yet no doubt they are the in form team atm. Gamble on one or two perhaps?

Or are you convinced that WC/BB is a flawed strategy and should be abandoned altogether?

What should we do with our WC and chips then?

WC only if you need to
WC/BB is flawed due to the rotation risk of everyone
Regardless of how many games they have dont let in form players go

I don't think you can abandon the WC then BB the following week idea if you've kept them this long. Clearly GW35 is out as far as BB is concerned, and GW38 would be a bad idea as we generally struggle to get 11 out in the last week let alone 15. I think your best option is still WC in 36, BB in 37 but consign yourself to their being very little chance of getting 15 DGWers - so don't even try it.

I'm a WC34er. I looked at the problems felt by the WC33ers and backed away slightly, keeping some TOT and LEI assets (Kane, Mahrez and Simpson) and picking a team that has longevity to the end of the season. I'm glad I did that, because although I have a disappointing 51 (but without bench boost), I still have Kane to play tonight, and players like Milner who, despite the rest this week, should see plenty of minutes til the end of the season.

Having said that - with so few games to follow after GW36... I *still* could see a reason to go fully into a DGW/BB squad.

I do believe that the trio of Kane+Alli+Toby should not be let go as their fixtures looks plum for the rest of the season.

For Leicester side however, their fixtures looks tricky. Mahrez looks out of steam, Vardy banned. Against teams with good attacks, their CS is fragile.

Whatever the ways, we must proceed cautiously and wisely and not wildcard in too many players to gamble on.

      53 🙁

      captained Ozil over Aguero (madness)

Chucked out Bolasie who then did me out of two clean sheets.

I still can't believe Rafa started Cisse over Mitrovic either.

Have 11 technically for 35 but most likely only 7 will play.

Didn't Captain Aguero was my biggest mistake although I'm hoping Sanchez can rectify it slightly. The rest weren't really foreseeable for example Clyne & Mignolet seemed to be the safest Liverpool defenders to go for. LvG is just a massive d!ck so we all should've foreseen Martial benched. Lukaku could've been avoidable but would've had to take a hit for Sturridge because I had 3 Liverpool already

With Kane tonight, I'm hoping to make up some ground on the top 10 - my 51 points so far looks decided average (although I'm still pretty happy given the rotation problems.). Another Sanchez(c)/Welbeck haul in midweek should still set me up pretty well this week.

I expected Fosu-Mensah to be a rotation risk. But Milner and Mignolet? I played safe with those too and still got burned. Now I'm in the funny position of actually hoping Mignolet doesn't play in midweek too - and then I can get Darlows CS point plus whatever he gets in midweek.

scored 72 but : Sakho , Fosu , Coutinho , Lukaku , Lanzini , Martial didnt even start

my team is totaly crippled for next gw and i am ikely to take -12 to get back on track

still 15 dgwers to go ( most likeley 7 cause of all rotations )

next season i will go with same route cause over 200pts gw is a true possibility

    Darlow
    Sakho Gabriel Kos Simpson
    Cout Milner Nasri Ozil
    Aguero Mitrovic

    only one free.

Coutinho i'm thinking to go and maybe a hit for one other. I'm almost tempted to do Aguero out for Kane if we get strong signals of rotation there.

Why not transfer someone with no game - give yourself a better chance of getting 11 out? Coutinho could play. Aguero could play. Try to have 12 (or more) possible starters.

You'll have to have 11 DGW who WILL play and get the TC right to catch him. If he knows what he's doing it's gonna be hard but it's not impossible. I'm in the similar situtation and will go on few explosive differentials until the end.

Never give up, it's still doable with some luck like Gomes in GW34. 😉

What a stange week for everyone, Klopp and LVG rotation hurting a lot of people!!!

Played my BB chip and had Mignolet, Coutinho, Lovren, Martial, all in my team...I still managed 58 points so far and am hoping the all of the before mentioned players get 90 minutes for the 2nd DGW fixture and my other 8 with another fixture all play again! I also have Kane playing tonight luckily...

To get 11 out next week I need to transfer Dann out, but I still have 3 Liverpool players all susceptible to rotation at the weekend, what are peoples thoughts for the weekend? With Mignolet, Cout, and Lovren all likely to play against Everton I guess they are likely to be rested at the weekend???

    Current team for GW35:

    Mignolet
    Lovren/Huth/Gabriel/Dann(no fixture)
    Iwobi/Sanchez/Coutinho/Mahrez
    Kane/Kun

    Bench: Robles/Payet/Martial/Smalling

Worth taking a hit to rid of Dann and a Pool player?

Obvious transfer is to ditch Dann and at that price you have a decent choice. Perhaps Rose? I think wait and see what happens midweek - I own Coutinho and Lovren too and expecting both to play midweek and be rested at the weekend. I reckon I'll take a hit to ditch Coutinho for perhaps Alli

Yes I am going to wait but am thinking of Dann to Spurs defender or PVA and Coutinho to KDB or another big hitter less prone to rotation...

Any thoughts on what to do with this bunch for next week? Obviously need a keeper but happy to also take a hit or 2.

    De Gea, Robles
    Bellerin, Gabriel, Lovren, Mangala, Simpson
    Sanchez, Coutinho, Mahrez, Payet, Lanzini
    Aguero, Kane, Martial

Who is the best 4.4m (or less) playing defender for GW35?

Morgan/Simpson? Although I like Yoshida's chances if Fonte is ruled out

Anyone here have any love for Azpillicuta? Sure starter, might be worth a look till season end.
