Can you feel the malaria kicking in, a bout of the Manchester flu or even a touch of Midweek Madness? Don’t fret as on call for this evening’s out of hours session are the good practitioners at Fantasy Football Scout and co, doing our best to ease your last minute ills.

In around about one hour’s time the doors slam shut on another gameweek of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) action so let’s get a quick diagnosis and have you on your way…

“I’ve got Fabregas and Drogba in my team and now I want one of Torres or Tevez too, who can I sneak in there to afford such expenses?”

Having frisked the fixtures just last we would suggest that Stoke, West Ham and Wolves – not exactly glamourous or highly performing sides to date – could all provide options to fill that gap. Sir Paulos’ has also gone into more detail looking at the West Ham strikeforce in another top notch Technical Area piece.

“The armband. Where should it go?”

The consensus among the voting public sways very much in favour of Didier Drogba, today’s revelation that he has recently been suffering from malaria (blimey!) but is now okay to play may cause a few questions to be raised; and if so Fabregas, Torres and team-mate Malouda are leading the peleton just behind.

“Are all my players fit and accounted for?”

Check out our Team News and Injuries and Bans for all of this weeks information collated into one easy resource. It certainly looks like Fergie will be fretting ahead of Wednesday’s big derby game.

The Chatroom is open early and awaiting those looking to get their brains into gear in this last hour of panic with questions like these and many more, keep on track though… the clock is ticking.

This may sound massively stupid but I'm considering swapping Drogba for Ameobi. This would leave me enough cash to also bring in Fabs for Etuhu. Ameobi has some good games coming up and Drogba is recovering from malaria. Any opinions welcome!!!!!

anyone asking advice on this page, heres the best tip:

Get Nani Fabs Drogba VDV Tevez and build the rest of your team around that

that's what im worried about Tosey...kind of think the same but my rival (ahead of me) has that exact line up...and currently i've got Malouda instead of VdV...do you think i should downgrade him to the Spurs man...?

    Foster -- Gilks
    A Cole -- Vidic -- Elmohamady -- Simpson -- Foley
Fabregas -- Cahill -- Van der Vaart -- Adam -- Albrighton
    Drogba -- Chamakh -- Carrol

    0.6 cash monies.

Thoughts on these 3 possible moves?

    1. Save transfer and do Drogba/Albrighton for Torres/Brunt next week.

    2. Cahill to Nani

    3. Elmohammady to Coleman

1 look down to the bottom of ur rivals team to the team finances and where it says transfer history, ie in mine its 0/16 so that means usually 16 transfers, but when u click on in u'll see theres 36 transfers (ie) 20 wildcard transfers gameweek 8

2 wont take effect till the wknd

    IMO,

1)-Dont get rid of Drogba as no cheski cover
    2)-i'd keep Cahill
3)-I agree get rid of mummy but coleman is risk when everton go full strength

I'd downgrade Vidic and upgrade adam/Aibrighton to Nani
    & look at replacing Chamakh

Nah lampsy wont be a part in the midweek game ...he just started training so he wont be rushed back....zhirkov would play agaisnt fulham...but agaisnt sunderland when lampsy would be finally over from the "next week available" criteria...he would be in bench... 🙂
