The third day of Gameweek 34 action brings us to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea entertain Southampton at 7.45pm.

Both Eden Hazard and Diego Costa return to the Blues’ first XI after appearing off the bench in the weekend FA Cup win over Spurs.

The Belgian’s goal and assist in last Saturday’s 4-2 triumph continued the form that has produced points in five of his last six league outings.

Costa attempts to address a run of two goals in ten appearances – indeed, he was the second most transferred out player for Gameweek 34, with over 136,000 sending the Spain international packing.

Pedro’s owners are left frustrated as the Spaniard’s run of nine successive Gameweek starts comes to an end this evening. Willian also warms the bench despite his Wembley double, as Cesc Fabregas comes in for the hosts instead.

Southampton, meanwhile, afford us some early scouting ahead of their back-to-back Double Gameweeks 36 and 37.

Up against a defence without a clean sheet in ten Gameweeks, Manolo Gabbiadini has the chance to catch the eye as a third forward option, while attacking midfielders Dusan Tadic and James Ward-Prowse could also play their way into our wildcard plans.

Nathan Redmond’s 6% owners are given cause for concern, however, as the winger drops to the bench for Sofiane Boufal.

Any way of watching the scout cast from the beginning rather than live? Can't seem to do it....

I could be wrong but i think that whilst live you need to wait until it's finished to start from the beginning again, if i miss the start i normally watch it the following morning during my commute, thats the plan tomorrow 🙂

Look like decent moves to me although I'd be reluctant taking hits just before WC. You probably have but I'd make sure no other price changes are going to get in the way of your WC plans otherwise it could be pointless taking the hit to avoid Hazard price rise.

Managers, two plans for you...which do you say is more profitable 🙂

    A) Cech, Pickford
    Alonso, Baily, Holgate,Yoshida Stephens
    Sanchez, Hazard, Alli, Sane, King
    Rashford, Kane, Gabi

    OR...

    B) Cech, Pickford
    Alonso, Stones, Holgate, Yoshida, Stephens
    Sanchez, Hazard, Alli, Albrighton, King
    Costa, Kane, Gabi

    In other words:
    A)Baily, Sane, Rashford or
    B)Stones, Albrighton, Costa

    Cheers 🙂

      100% option A!

Bailly - Nailed and part of the league's best defense this year
Rashford - Nailed due to Ibra injury
Sane - More likely to start than Sterling and KDB in a one off game. Pep clearly rates him higher than the rest.

Stones - injury risk and Bravo in goal puts your cleansheets at a major risk
      Albrighton - rotation risk
Costa - Contract trouble could see him "rested" in the final games and youth given a chance (once the league is won)

So I stay on the original plan for now... The thing is Im not sure if Rashford plays both 37 matches and I dont see any alternatives to him... Maybe I get Costa just for Boro and them back to plan A 🙂

A, but I would be wary of Rashford and his playing time - Mourinho seems to prefer rotation instead of giving him full minutes in every match

Valencia may not play both games. Since you already have anther United defence, why not consider a Spurs (Vertong) or City (Clichy, Kompany, Stones) defender?

What's your opinions for this GW36 WC with BB for GW37
Decided to stick with king for the Burnley game as I think he'll still out score most with DGW

    Cech Pickford
    Alonso Monreal Clichy Stephens Yoshida
    Sanchez Hazard Alli Sane King
    Kane Costa Anichibe

Mostly settled on the WC, just a couple of decisions to make. What do you think?

    Cech, 'A or B'
    Holgate, Stephens, Yoshida, Clichy, Alonso
    Sanchez, Hazard, Sane, 'A or B', 'C or D'
    Kane, Gabbiadini, 'A or B'

    A) Bravo, Ozil, Anichebe
    B) Pickford, King, Jesus

    C) Alli
    D) Eriksen

Thanks guys. I think B looks more appealing on paper for sure, it's just a question of Jesus's game time, compared to Anichebe's 2 likely starts in GW37, and Ozil's 2 extra games over King. Plus, Bravo's easy fixtures in GW37, compared to Pickford's.
