The penultimate match of Gameweek 19 has us drop in on Turf Moor as Burnley host Tottenham Hotspur.
Fantasy managers will be suffering split loyalties in this one, with Harry Kane clearly the key attacking asset on the pitch, up against the resilient and widely owned Burnley defence.
Kane goes into this encounter still in 2.1 million squads but having suffered ownership losses in both his previous two Gameweeks. Indeed, some 108,000 moved him out ahead of this match.
Even so, the Spurs striker is the Gameweek’s most popular captain with the backing of 867,000, just 40% of his remaining managers.
He will be tested by the Clarets backline that has conceded just three goals in home matches. However with James Tarkowski suspended and Stephen Ward still sidelined by injury, Sean Dyche’s rearguard could be stretched.
Ben Mee is still found in 724,000 squads and starts, while goalkeeper Nick Pope – owned by 357,000 – will be charged with repelling Kane and the likes of Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min.
