Saturday’s matches conclude at Stamford Bridge with champions Chelsea hosting relegation-threatened Crystal Palace.

There is plenty of interest from a Fantasy perspective, with Willian heading into the encounter as the third most signed player ahead of today’s deadline.

He has over 100,000 new owners and boasts three goals and three assists from his last five Gameweek starts, one of which was a 32-minute appearance at Watford.

The Brazilian is now in 11% of Fantasy Premier League squads, which surprisingly dwarfs the 7.6% recorded by team-mate Eden Hazard.

The Belgian will be fancied ahead of this evening’s kick-off, having scored six goals in his last eight Gameweek starts. He has been spared the false nine role, with Antonio Conte opting for Olivier Giroud over Alvaro Morata to lead his attack.

N’Golo Kante returns in the Chelsea midfield, which will doubtless boost their clean sheet prospects. Conte’s backline have kept five shut-outs in their last six Stamford Bridge outings.

      Niasse scored one week, blanked (was also subbed early) then was benched, I guarantee Tosun won't get that treatment, not saying Niasse is a great player but he's done well when played this season and has been treated harshly. You rarely get good fpl aqusitions for 5m.

        I've been advocating a GW31 FH for a while - not on the strength of GW31 per se, but because of all the points it will gain us pre and post-GW31 by virtue of not having to carry rubbish like Walcott and van la Parra.
        
        Of course I didn't follow my advice because my team has been horrible recently, so there haven't been that many points to protect by playing the free hit!

        I'm carrying 2 FT, so it's probably not a good idea to change tack now. I'm just disappointed that I was undecided 2 weeks ago and decided to go this way. I had did BSilva->Siggy and he goes on to score twice. He'll probably score against Stoke too.

        Same, I got Walcott instead of Mahrez for example with the intention of hedging my bets about the free hit. The way I interpret the chip is that it's a great enabler to carry the best players on either side of a BGW (any points gained on the actual week the chip is played are gravy), but since I didn't do that I might as well keep it for GW35 and hope for a bit of luck.

  This was a big trap. I think it wasnt worth any BGW player except Shaq and Mane/Robertson/VVD. But now its a lesson to be learned.

  I've gone with a mixed approach to bringing in GW30/32 and GW31 players - to keep my options open. I do have Mahrez, but if I didn't have Niasse/Wilson I would almost definitely have had J.Ayew this week. I'm spending 10.6 on Haz and he got 3 points. Sterling/Ramsey might not even play - the GW isn't over yet, most options may/have underperform/ed.

  I always agreed with the Andy view of taking hits but having good players up until then. One thing I’ve finally learnt this season (after the DGW this season and getting in 3 WHU) is the folly of bringing in rubbish players gradually leading up to a BGW or DGW. That said, when you’ve still had Chelsea defenders like me it still doesn’t do you any good.

  Yea it really sucks, I genuinely thought some of these players would perform though.
  
  Players like Wilson with Bournemouth’s lovely run of fixtures leading up to GW31 seemed a no brained.

  I don't know about this. Yes, I got Theo for gw30 and g31, and I've currently got 7 players for gw31 (albeit one is Quaner), but I have not sold Eriksen, Mahrez, Alonso, Otamendi, and Pope to prep. The key is to have a good mix, if not free hitting in gw31. So, so far, I am having an above average gw30 (36 points), and still have 7 players for gw31, and will make one, or maybe two moves (-4) for gw31. I guess the evaluation has to come after gw31, and more so, even after fhc is used in gw35.
