The biggest Gameweek of the season kicks off on a barmy Friday night on the south coast as Brighton host second-placed Manchester United.

Fantasy managers will be focused on the away side, despite the absence of their most popular asset, striker Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgian misses out through injury as Jose Mourinho hands starting roles to Marcus Rashford and Antony Martial in his front three. Juan Mata also comes into a much-changed line-up as Alexis Sanchez is omitted from the squad.

Significantly, Paul Pogba is named on the teamsheet once again. United’s form player, the Frenchman has three goals and an assist from his last four starts and goes into tonight’s match as the fourth most signed play having been snapped up by 140,000+ managers ahead of the deadline.

Elsewhere for United, Chris Smalling could be a key figure against a Brighton defence that has proved vulnerable at set-plays. The Seagulls have conceded 20 goals, including 14 from corners – more than any other side. Smalling has three goals in his last seven starts and top scored in the previous Double Gameweek with 15 points.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

My rival used his two free transfers even tho he has a WC and BB. He's lost the plot.

My other rival tc'd Sanchez. Any chance (after today crap) that Sanchez will start?? He has Kane vc.

I went with Sterling TC in the end.

I specifically played Dunk cos I thought there was a good chance of a clean sheet and didn't want to take a hit to remove him.

      That ain't luck!

          Obviously not against City.

But United are poor in attack normally...I fancy most teams to get clean sheets against them.

          Not look...skill!

I did score predict 0-0 earlier...not far off!

I think anyone who willingly played them deserves the points. I'm incredibly annoyed at how many Ryan bench points I've missed out on these past few GWs with the money wasted on DDG.

“Pep rotation.” Heard it from the early weeks to the final weeks. There was some, but for the most part the story was overhyped all year.

Now it’s “Pep will rotate more because Brighton are safe and he doesn’t have to respect relegation fight.”

I don’t see it. Seems more likely that Pep continues pursuit/setting of records and Brighton hit the beach.

I kept him because he was nailed, there were too many rotation concerns, and he came good in GW34 despite blanking in his “easy” fixture. Opted to get rid of Lingard instead. Good start to the week.

    Taken from Twitter

    Manchester United this season-
Points won against the rest of the Top 6- 19.

    City- 3
    Liverpool- 4
    Spurs- 3
    Chelsea- 3
    Arsenal- 6

Points won against the current bottom 5- 20.

    West Brom- 3
    Stoke- 4
    Southampton- 4
    Swansea- 6
    Huddersfield- 3

As a Valencia owner im hopeful of a start from him too ! Although not sire why as UTD just can't keep a CS these days, poor.

In all honesty, stats all season have suggested they are defensively poor. They had a lot of CS due to one thing - DDG between the sticks.

Well if it's any consolation I've also opted for Harry, hoping he can finally sort himself out and bang a few goals in.

I console myself that I'd probably TC Sanchez in GW34 if I kept it!

Kane (C) for me too this week, I'm hopeful

Chickened out and went Kane... and my closest rival did the same which I don’t get since he has Jesus and should have gambled.

Sterling to Jesus last minute even though Sterling has been fanstastic for me all season exactly when you need consistent returns . If Sterling starts both I ll regret it.

So can we get a raise of hands of who played Ryan over big Dave?

28 points (so far) from my sub goalkeepers the last 3 weeks

    That's absolutely massive.

I remember why I never go big keeper or double up at the back!

Good point. I haven't owned DDG this season until WC GW32 and I'm finding the experience thoroughly underwhelming.

        Double week had me blinded

I seriously never go big between the sticks but got caught up in the double weeks!

However, this kinda of keeper scoring doesn't happen often, but at the same time, c'mon!
