This is something that's probably not an option for you, but I'd opt for Vardy (Kane out) instead of Maddison, if you want spurs cover you can do Maddison to Moura. I can easily see Moura + Vardy outscoring Kane + Maddison. However with the extra cash you could maybe even upgrade Maddison to Hazard if you'd like? Or splash the cash around your XI, for instance have another 4.5 gk to rotate with and upgrade Lennon.
