Where FPL teams concede the most chances from – Part 1

We are using the latest international break to identify trends in the opening 12 Gameweeks of the 2018/19 season.

This study aims to assess where each FPL team is most susceptible when it comes to conceding goals.

Using data available in the Members Area, we have looked at chances conceded from set pieces, through the middle and down the left or right flank.

With the relevant areas pinpointed for the first 10 teams, this first part then compares these with the upcoming schedule to find out which players stand to benefit.

Across the articles in this series the hope is the build a picture of which FPL assets have the most favourable match-ups with specific team weakness over the next six Gameweeks.

    Current team:

    1 FT, 0.0ITB
    Hennessey
    Rob - Doherty - Alonso - Mendy**
    Salah - Haz - Rich - Barkley
    Aguero - Arnautovic

    Bench:
    Hamer - AWB - Success - Schneiderlin

    A) Mendy > Laporte

    B) Mendy > Bennett (to take adv of wolves fixtures, already have Doherty)

A seems the obvious thing to do, but B gives me more cash in the bank. Was planning to do Salah & Barkley > Sterling & Martial in GW14 anyway.

    Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Best defender as a 2 week placeholder for Trippier?

Interesting! Not an option I was looking at. Think that United are going to sort themselves out then?

You aaked for a 2 week placeholder. They face 2 teams with least attacking potential in the next 2.

            That’s fair enough.

I was thinking of a Doherty and Bennett double up. With one of them becoming Trippier depending on how I want my midfield to look in a couple of weeks...

If you have the cash then maybe Shaw instead of Lindelof is better

Oh yes...Lindelof is your man and if he keeps 2 ckean sheeths, you may be tempted to keep him longer as fixtures are not too bad.

Will Huddersfield score against Wolves? Betting odds seem 50/50. Have Boly already with a view of doubling up with Doherty and then drop Boly to WB in 2 weeks

doubling up is a tricky strategy esp on defence

Will only be for 2 weeks before the Chelsea game. Then Boly is gone

Please help me find out a better solution:
    a) Mendy to Laporte and play Anderson against City?
    b) Mendy to TAA and play Anderson against City?
    c) Mendy to TAA and Anderson to Martial for -4?
