Scoutcast crew debate whether to Wildcard after Double Gameweek 24

Fresh from, what was for many, a disastrous outcome of the Triple Captain, the Scoutcast are moving onto the next chip: the second Wildcard.

The Fantasy Premier League community has been debating the best time to press the overhaul button and we’ll bring you our thoughts tonight.

Join Joe, Az and Lee for the latest episode of the Scoutcast at 20:00 GMT on our YouTube channel.

The three pundits will give their views on the Wildcard as well as what to do with the injured Sadio Mané (£12.4m).

The Liverpool man, heavily backed for the Triple Captaincy in Double Gameweek 24, has already been ruled out of the game against West Ham and is a major doubt for Gameweek 25 too.

Is now the time to sell or hold Mané? Joe, Az and Lee will discuss that in some depth.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa and Leicester will be going head-to-head in their EFL Cup semi-final second leg so we will do our best to bring you updates from that game.

          Depends on rest of team, but good chance you'll be banking cash and upgrading elsewhere with Aguero and Auba being choice picks but with variable fixtures.

              You'll get a mixed bag of advice with Grealish near the top and Jimi/Ings to Auba .
              I'd be looking at Soya to Robbo/VvD and then take your pick with the Mane move.
              I like Traore but you have Jimi so have a punt on Zaha/Martial or mega punt of Trossard Ozil.

              I went Fleck as I like his fixtures and form and will use the cash for Auba/Agurero upgrade next week.

      Aguero, KDB, Henderson and 1 defender are a lock for me. Still tempted to go with all 3 Sheffield United players due to the value on offer. To navigate gw28, I plan to save 2 frees and do an Aguero to Vardy and back hokey cokey, or perhaps get auba depending on how he performs over the next 3.

    This team currently would field 9 in 28, so 2 transfers before then isnt an issue 🙂

    Mahrez is a punt im not sure on. Mahrez > Grealish is an obvious solution. Then leaves 2.5 to upgrade elsewhere, thoughts??

    Just been looking at Maddison replacements, slim pickings to say the least. I already have Salah, KDB and Traore.

    Options are Maddison, Zaha and Martial.
