Gameweek 15’s Thursday night action sees Everton take on Newcastle United at 19:30 GMT before Tottenham Hotspur host West Ham United 45 minutes later. All four sides have provided Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers with team news.
After the anticipated but still dramatic midweek rotations of Darwin Nunez (£7.7m), Matty Cash (£4.9m), Konstantinos Tsimikas (£4.9m), Moussa Diaby (£6.7m) and Oleksandr Zinchenko (£5.2m), none of these four line-ups have provided any shocks.
Everton are using Seamus Coleman (£4.4m) for the first time this season after a serious knee injury. He’s tasked with stopping in-form Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon (£6.0m) – passed fit for a return to his former club.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.8m) is the other change made from the Toffees’ 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest, with Beto (£5.7m) and an ill James Garner (£4.9m) making way. Midfielder Amadou Onana (£4.7m) is still missing with a calf issue.
A large injury crisis restricts Eddie Howe’s ability to rotate Newcastle’s line-up at such a chaotic time. It means goalkeeper Martin Dubravka (£4.0m) is the sole alteration from the weekend, as they try to improve their away form after winning just one from nine in both the league and Champions League. Nick Pope (£5.5m) joins the hurt list after having shoulder surgery.
Kieran Trippier (£7.0m), Alexander Isak (£7.6m), Jamaal Lascelles (£4.2m), Tino Livramento (£4.3m) and Fabian Schar (£5.3m) all start.
In the 20:15 kick-off, Cristian Romero (£4.9m) makes a much-welcomed return to the Spurs defence after a three-match ban. He replaces Emerson Royal (£4.4m), as Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (£5.2m) comes in for Bryan Gil (£4.9m).
Son Heung-min (£9.6m), Pedro Porro (£5.3m) and Destiny Udogie (£4.8m) start.
For West Ham, the big change is in goal. Alphonse Areola (£4.3m) missed out entirely, with Lukasz Fabianski (£4.2m) between the sticks and Kurt Zouma (£4.5m) back in for Konstantinos Mavropanos (£4.5m). Up front is Jarrod Bowen (£7.6m).
