            It's luck and paying attention. Anything outside the top 500k-1m are people who don't live the game and pay attention to it week in week out. The actual cohort of players who "Ben Crellin" is very small. And if you don't you'll just get caught. But luck is absolutely the overriding factor in the game, if you're 250k you probably just had less fortune than the person who's top 5k. End of.
