Is the RMT tool already taken the potential DGW 37 fixtures into consideration.

Just deciding on my Ake replacement between Gabriel and a MCI defender. The MCI defenders are coming out on top!

I’ve got no information to back this but I have a hunch that Martinelli will be a good punt over the next few. Thinking of him myself

Do you think he's the best 2nd arsenal attacking option? I was thinking havertz but also rotation risk

My transfer plans this week is oe from the below?

        A. Martinelli

Who do you reckon is the most nailed MCI defender, now? Or should I just get Gabriel despite Arsenal not having a double in GW37?

Is this team ok for 34 (save FH for 37), or bigger upside in FH?

I’d go with that. GW37 seems tricky to predict so useful to have a FH.

Team looks good for 34. Maybe target someone like Eze with free transfers and bench Palmer away to Arsenal. Keep an eye on Trent's injury progress too

A bit concerned that gw37 could have lots more rotation and uncertainty about players gametime. That's the only reason I prefer to BB earlier. Think FH earlier works better?

I think it harms your team overall between now and the end of the season though. Do you really want Bournemouth, Everton, wolves, palace etc long term?

Ok. Presumably WC 35 so? Think I'd check Areola news and make a GK transfer to a doubler if he's out. Maybe Watkins> Darwin/Isak funds this?

I'd say so as your team looks well set up to tackle GW34 with the ensuing FTs you'll have. Areola out sounds good too although not too sure what doubler to target (I kept Pickford and brought in Sa on WC last week but defensive options seem impossible to call right now)

    3. Mother Farke

Benching Son with his ownership could backfire dramatically; West Ham have shipped a fair few goals at home from memory.

Personally I think Spurs will struggle a bit but even when that's happened lately Son has still picked up returns (and WH are dreadful defensively even if their setup may cause Spurs issues). I'm mulling over Muniz or Jackson myself as below, hard to drop Muniz but I also don't know if I see lots of goals in that game

Muniz. Son is a proven FPL asset and has a decent record v West Ham (6 goals and 4 assists from 15 FPL games against them).

Is there someone else in your team that could be benched?

    6. TheBiffas
      • 5 Years

Anyone saying Muniz is being biased due to his price, he's in red hot from and you just know he's gonna laugh at you from your bench with a 13 pointer

  9. Nate(U)dog(ie)

Bench Jackson or Muniz? Muniz in form clearly but Jackson has still been playing well of late from what I've seen, and ManUtd conceded 31 shots on Saturday. Muniz feels like the sensible choice but neither Chelsea nor ManUtd can defend so there has to be goals in that game

    1. House Frey Wedding Planner

Hi all, I had a bit of trigger finger and did Watkins to Isak.

Of course, Everton is a good fixture for Newcastle especially at home, I'd just worry a bit that Isak will have minutes managed in these next two games

And around 100 mins on Saturday, and this was after saying last week that this season hasn't been ideal with him often having to play 3 games in a week not long after returning from injury. Only thing is Newcastle don't have many other options but I'm sure Howe has to have his issues in the back of his mind

And no Gordon winning penalties for him. I have done the same move Watkins to Isak, but now fretting that he’s a guaranteed 2 pointer.
I also wouldn’t get Darwin though.

Forgot about that actually. I had Isak a few times last season but I never felt sure whether he'd play which was a headache, he also has some games where he looks electric and others where he's nearly anonymous so he's so hard to predict I find

Doesn't look to me like it needs a WC, FWDs and bench is a bit suspect but it's not like there are many great defender options and you'll be sorting one FWD

    2. House Frey Wedding Planner

The -4 would be worth it in my opinion. If you plan to FH in 34 then Isak for Watkins, if FH37 then Darwin.

Arsenal have scored 23 goals in their last 6 gameweeks and that includes a blank vs City.

        Liverpool to win it?

Arsenal have a shot at the title but the projections have them 3rd, half a point behind Man City.

Liverpool certainly look good for it, if Salah wasn't so wasteful yesterday it could (should) have been far more comfortable than 2-1. I looked at the fixtures a few weeks ago and thought Arsenal had the trickier run-in, while City have two potentially tricky ties next (Villa + CPL) and Liverpool have a couple of tougher ties towards the end (Spurs + Villa). But Arsenal are best defensively I think which may make a difference

O'Neill said Ait Nouri was "tired" against Villa. Do you think he will be benched against Burnley or is it the manager justifying why he took one of his best players off in a local derby game they lost?

Also is anyone looking to sell Neto, Bournemouth's keeper? Will he be dropped? It's looking very precarious for 2 starts in the double now.

I think Ait Nouri starts, vital to Wolves attack.

Neto will probably get dropped at some point but I'm waiting for that to happen rather than jumping the gun

I've got Thomas Strakosha as my back up keeper. I can't wait for it to happen 🙁

Suggest looking to sell Strakosha rather than Neto if you have the funds

    Neto
    Saliba Gabriel Porro
    Saka Foden Son Palmer
    Haaland Watkins Solanke

    Areola Gordon Zabarnyi Lamptey

    2FT, 2.2itb

    1. Son Gordon >> Salah Sarabia
    2. Son Watkins >> Salah Cunha
    3. Foden Watkins >> Salah Mateta

    Thanks

    Start Porro or Zabarnyi?

Same dilemma and Porro slightly edges it due to more attacking than Zabarnyi. Although CS odds favour Bournemouth

    Gabriel - Saliba - Gusto

Budget won’t allow Watkins & Foden > Darwin & Salah, hence keeping Son?

Would you get in rice over saka as a differential? Allows plenty of upgrades elsewhere and Rice has been getting points consistently.

      Yes

      Give it a whirl...

      Havertz might be better tho.

No others nailed. Robertson should hopefully return at leftback soon.

Probably depends on whether you think Arsenal will score a few from setpieces in the run-in given he's on a lot of them now

Might not be a good week for it though as Luton tend to concede a lot of chances down their left

Only have Salah from Liverpool for GW34 (wildcarding in GW35):
    A) Gordon to Diaz
    B) Watkins to Nunez

I am the lucky owner of both Lascelles and Ake, so I have to make a transfer. Question is, do I go for Bradley with 34 in mind as well, or if Trent is back before, might it be a bad investment? And who would I get alternatively? Do not have the funds for VVD.

Bradley may not start both in 34.

Hey guys, what do you think of the below team?

I've already used my triple captain and wildcard, plan to FH in 34 and BB in 37:

    Neto

    Gabriel Porro Reguilon

Palmer Salah (c) Foden Saka Son

    Watkins Toney

    Areola Morris Doughty Zabarni

    £1.8 itb

    1. Watkins to Isak for free

    2. Watkins to Isak and Morris to Solanke for -4

    3. Watkins to Darwin for free

    4. Watkins to Darwin and Morris to Archer for -4 to make it easier to get Haaland back the following week

    5. Other?

    6. Save

    Thanks guys!!!!!

I was dead set on Watkins > Haaland but after watching yesterday's game I'm not so sure, is it even guaranteed he starts on Wednesday?

Scan results should come out today or more likely tomorrow. Pressers may reveal this too.

I was talking about Haaland. That would be the main reason he wouldn't start. Form and his competition Alvarez are even less.

    You know the drill gentlemen:
Watkins, Morris and Gordon to Diaz, Cunha and Solanke? Yay or nay?

It would help my BB34 but I still think Watkins is the best overall striker asset in FPL at the moment.
