People using FH, what does your team look like for the doubles? Who are the essential players?

    1. jimbe4mXL

      Pickford
      Gabriel - TAA - RAN
Havertz - Saka - Salah - Luis Diaz - Eze
      Mateta - Cunha

      How does this look?

Mine is the same, but with Solanke instead of Mateta, and VVD instead of TAA, thought of Trent looks like he might play both, he’ll be in

        Jose Sa

3 Pool, 3 Arse, Solanke, Eze and 3 others from either Palace, Wolves and Everton (if you go Pickford)

        Confident TAA features twice?
I’m going VVD for safety and also goal threat from corners.

        Watkins isn’t essential.

There's just always a feeling of inevitably that City will win the league - have to admire the achievement but it doesn't half make things dull as a neutral

Absolutely, great for fantasy football. But i can't admire cheating on such a large scale.

To be fair, arsenal and Liverpool bottled it. City didnt do cheating or anything. Not from a sporting view

From a financial view. There 115 reasons.

Having 2 starting 11s helps. It's no coincidence the 2 other teams dropped points after big European games.

Anyway, as I said, great for fantasy football, apart from trying to decipher the rotation! Time to load up on City!

You have to respect Pep Guardiola's job there. Im so so sure that any other manager in the world rn with this squad and these money too wasn't going to dominate the PL as Pep Guardiola did

Arsenal and City both have $1bn squads (Arsenal's spent far more recently) . . . bit pointless arguing who has the best accountants.

Was feeling sad because my choice to not go for Haaland this week was the wrong one.

Then I realised Flekken and Alvarez (who I bought in) outscored the rest of my team (with 2 to no go) and now I'm feeling somewhat indifferent

With HUGE games before next week. If Liverpool had won today I suspect Klopp would've played the B team again in Italy and just taken the loss . . with the league likely gone he might actually go for it.

Yeah. To finish inside Top 100k or whatever for 5-6 seasons in a row, some sort of skill is needed. But to do really well, like go on and win the thing, luck is a very crucial part. Even just to win tight MLs. No two ways about it.

      1. Bushwhacker
        • 6 Years

Luck is the biggest factor ; paying attention and doing research comes second. Vast majority of player switch off partly or completely at some point in the season, very few dedicate their lives in a Ben Crellin type way to knowing everything. By this stage of the vast majority of people are paying a passing glance to the game.

Suggestions for improvements for this FH? Watkins over Haaland!?

    Pickford
    TAA Gabriel Branthwaite

Sarabia will share mins with Hwang
Havertz not effective if he doesn't play as a central striker
Darwin might not start both games
TAA just coming back from injury and might not play 180mins

      Rest all good

Think this is what I'm going with-
    Henderson

    Salah, Diaz, Saka, Havertz, Eze
    Solanke, Cunha.

    Subs:Anderson, RAN, Mateta

Best use of 2FT for GW34?

    1) Son and Maguire -> Luis Diaz/Havertz and Saliba/TAA
    2) Son and Garnacho -> Havertz and Luis Diaz

    Dubravka (Turner)
    Gabriel/RAN/Maguire (Van Hecke, Porro)
