Tottenham Hotspur take on Nottingham Forest in the Monday night Premier League game.

Spurs sealed their progress into the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League last week, but sit 16th in the Premier League with nothing to play for.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, however, are aiming to get their UEFA Champions League push back on, having lost their last two matches.

Kick-off in north London is at 20:00 BST.

Ange Postecoglou has made five changes for the visit of Forest.

Djed SpencePape SarrDejan KulusevskiWilson Odobert and Richarlison come into the starting XI.

Lucas Bergvall, James Maddison, Brennan Johnson and Dominic Solanke drop to the bench, while Destiny Udogie is not in the matchday squad.

Son Heung-min, who has missed the last two fixtures in all competitions with a foot injury, remains out.

Forest, meanwhile, make three changes to the side that lost to Everton last time out.

Anthony Elanga returns in attack and comes in for Jota Silva, while Harry Toffolo and Danilo replace Alex Moreno and Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Didn't think my AM chip was going to score most BB scores again but might just get lucky. What a rank saver that chip is. Glad I held off from using it earlier

After some tinkering I'm currently on this FH. Will probably change in the next 30 minutes but happy with it for now...

    Leno
    Trent, Cucurella, Sessegnon
    Salah, Palmer, Barnes, Murphy
    Isak, Cunha, Strand Larsen

    Areola, Diaz, Ait Nouri, Kerkez

I don't know why but I just have a gut feeling Ait Nouri will troll us all again

Milenkovic owner. Gutting to lose the clean sheet. But to be fair Spurs had an xG of 2.14 and had 22 goals attempts so deserved a goal.

Doesnt matter if the goal goes in in the first minute or the last minute. Forest didn't deserve a clean sheet and didn't get one.

This is just how it is with defenders unfortunately and why most of us play with only 3 of them. Occasionally they will get you something but most of the time not.

I feel that FPL need to do something to boost the points potential for defenders to make them a bit more valuable. Maybe award 2pts for conceding only 1 goal. At least it's then not complete devastation when that last minute consolation goal goes in.

yea agreed, fpl towers just dont care about defenders, bps changes this season showed that. i mean just from that match porro lost 2 points because of them

the more avenues to points for defenders the better, just creates more team variety/different ways to gain an edge. up their prices if needs be, pricing could be so much more interesting. if people were forced to only having 5/6 good FPL assets from top 4 teams would create such a great game, but i guess puts the casual off

2 points for 1 conceded sounds good, still rewards solid defences. they could convert CBI/ball recoveries to actual points instead of bps

Maybe 1 or 2 points for a first half clean sheet

Yeah I agree, something needs to be done.

You can go from 10 points down to 2 in a second. Seems very harsh, especially if it's a last minute goal which a lot of them have seemed to be for me this season!

You never had those 10 points though - it’s like saying a striker goes from 9 to 2 for missing a sitter

Yep. FPL shouldn't even add the clean sheet pts to the players score mid game. They should only be added at the final whistle when the clean sheet has actually been confirmed.

That's true, but they do 'add' them as soon as you hit 60.

Totally agree. Would also help cushion the mental health blow inflicted by the disproportionate points loss and the negative impact that can have on an otherwise well deserved high scoring gameweek.

Yes. For me, a clean sheet wipout in injury time and in a lot of cases the loss of bonus pts that goes with it is the most mentality devastating event in FPL. Even more so if you are doubled up on that defence.

You should have seen me last week when my c15 forest clean sheet points against Everton for 2 players got wiped in the last second. Worst FPL moment of the year for me

Isn't that standard for them? Create lots of half chances, which rack up to show a high xG.

Bogle, James and Piroe have been the biggest scorers in championship fantasy. Wonder if Burnleys defence can keep it up in the Prem.
