73 this week. But wc'ing to play the price rises then set team to this:

    Sanchez
    Dorgu Guehi Cash
    Salah Saka(c) Semenyo Reindeer
    Haaland Mayenda Ekit

Happens after GW1 every season. People chase last weeks points with WC. Hardly ever pays off

I always WC after GW1. Play price rises (if I get a rise of 2 of course). Then I'll reset to this.

And no. Not playing THIS week's points, the team looks strong for upcoming fixtures. Saka is my changeable position - will become Mbeumo the week after and so on.

They did. But I only had Salah, not Haaland. Now I can see both are on point it's easier to come down from a 14/14.5m without hits than the other way around.

Salah was very poor v Bournemouth, not sure how you can say hes "on point". If the Bournemouth defender deals with Endos hoof downfield there would be a Salah fire sale.

Best move here, No Salah or Haaland.
    1m in the bank

    Sanchez
    Frimpong Porro Munoz
    Palmer Bruno Wirtz Rutter
    Watkins Pedro Ekiteke

    Dubravka KDH Williams Esteve

    A) Save - Captain Watkins or Palmer
    B) Wirtz, Rutter -> Saka (c), Reijnders (-4)
    C) Bruno -> Saka
    D) Other suggestion?

    1. MBK 42
      • 11 Years

I would want an Arsenal player home to Leeds - Palmer to Saka could pay off; Palmer was poor today and I think West Ham will react to their Sunderland mauling.

Pedro 》Wood or stick to him? Wood is a long term pick so its better I do it now if I want to get the best of his good early fixtures.

    1. MBK 42
      • 11 Years
      3 months, 19 days ago

I think I Wood - Pedro will be sharing minutes with Delap who was the sharper of the two today.

      1. ZeBestee
        • 11 Years
        3 months, 19 days ago

Yeah thats my thinking as well. Wood is now consistent enough to be a serious consideration while Pedro will share a lot of min with Delap. Obviosly Pedro the better player for a better team but fpl works differently.

Wood didn't play 90 minutes either. I just don't like this timing. It is possibly more about the opposition imo and do check the fixtures gw1 and gw2.

Whu conceded 3 vs Sunderland and they face Che now. I wouldn't sell him now. CP isn't easy fixture.

      1. ZeBestee
        • 11 Years
        3 months, 19 days ago

Its not about the fixture, but he wont be entirely nailed with a good alternative like Delap. I know he could get a hatrick against Westham next but he will share min with Delap and benched in some games.

Yes, but I believe that this is still wrong entry point. But hey, it's your team, do what you want to do. I am giving J P this fixture, but may take -4 to ditch him for Haaland after gw2.

Wood will have a lot of games with no goals, then a few with just one goal. Not get you many hauls but good returns for the whole season at a lovely price. A lot of them single goal games Wood will get max baps. He's a player you have to be patient with.

Wood has poor fixtures (palace and arsenal in 2/3) and forest have europe and alot of new forwards
Kudus is a lock to not be a good fpl player, never had good returns and cant see him being a tailsman

Hi all, havent posted in a while - old veteran from the very early days (2008) but lost that original account (dbronaldo), seems nobody around from those days anymore

Have started nicely this year with 73 without using any chips and going for my standard early agressive WC which has lead to many top 10k finishes , Haaland is needed and a perma captain for most weeks i feel and there is a good few cheap gems to jump on early and remove a few others who are not worth the investment (Palmer, Bruno). All players have potential to be the tailsman for their teams.

    WC
    Sels
    Lacroix, Ballard, Cucu
Semenyo, Cunha, Salah , Anderson, Reindeer,
    Haaland (c) Etikite
    dub, Bjiol, Esteve, Guiu

Anyone missing? Not sold on Semenyo longterm but decent short term fixture, Etik can also move on for Isak longterm.

I am not seeing any price changes yet. But I see people on here saying they switched players for -4 or whatever.

Am I looking in the wrong place. I'm in the transfer tab and have my team in list view. Still says Reijnders prices are 5.5

So what are they talking about
