Same here, checked but go no detail about it. My own thoughts are RDM doesn't " need" him against Reading at home, he has plenty other viable options to cover that position. Even if he recovers quickly he may be rested just to give him a bit of recovery time but that's just my opinion.

I know people like being devil's advocates but anyone would think Michu is a bad transfer. Those fixtures are superb. Selling the likes of N'Zog, Ramires and er, Downing is just correcting a mistake. He clearly isn't a Boselli, which is why we were all cautious. Mata has a blank and looked out of sorts (though I'd personally keep him for NEW if I had him). I do also agree, however, that selling Pienaar for him is daft.

I would love to put Michu in. He looks good, and the fixtures are favourable. I can only see his price going up in the next 5 weeks or so.
However, I do have Graham in my side, and not sure if I want to double up on a team that aside from yesterday, aren't known to be too prolific at goalscoring. If you did your homework and picked Michu and Petric the benefits seem little besides the obvious game week points. I could transfer both players in for more or less exactly the same price as GW1. Some advice please... Do I:
a) Stick with Torres during Gameweek 2 (H to Newcastle) and take a potential hit on his price dropping
b) Bin Torres for Petric prior to Gameweek 2 (A to Man Utd) to make gain on him and prevent loss on Torres, and just let Petric warm the bench next week.

I may be having a laugh, but hear me out:
A lot of people are regretting getting Pog/Torres for their DGW punt. I know I wish I could roll up to Fed's house and tell him how he is the reason for my lost CS, but other than that, I think Pog can do some damage on Chelsea's defense.
I didn't watch the Reading - Stoke game, but I did the Chelsea one. Chelsea had less possession and were quite frankly easy to pull apart. I think there will be plenty of chances for Pog.
And there should be for Torres as well. If he can get some decent service, he should put at least a goal away, as he should have today.
Either way, with Pienaar yet to play and 4 on a DGW, I shouldn't have any problem improving on 52 points. I think everyone needs to chill a bit with throwing out their WCs and point deductions.
