300k for now is fine, you'll be able to steadily climb (some weeks quite quickly if you have a good week, which is nice).
Advice: too much tinkering and you'll have a stinker (or some slogany thing like that... it'll get posted now and then on here). Basically, players with sound underlying stats will tend to come good, even if they didn't produce for a week or two (e.g. Bale), so don't ditch them too quickly just to get in this week's hot item.Open Controls
