Yesterday’s team news ruffled feathers and provided plenty of consternation for Fantasy managers. Having slept on it, there’s still much to ponder prior to today’s deadline with our Saturday Surgery chatroom now open to capture the thoughts, opinions and gripes of the suffering in real-time.

Saturday serves us seven matches, starting with a sumptuous brunch at Old Trafford with Robin Van Persie carrying the hopes of thousands of Fantasy managers against his former club. That’s followed by five three o’clock kick-offs, with Man City taking on West Ham in this evening’s game.

There’s just over an hour to go, with the Pre-match Preamble on the way very soon.

    Wow im wade awake at 6.15am i anticipation of the Rag v Arse match and the rest of the footy....biggy at West Ham (think we could slip up to be fair).

    One question for the rest of us on this side of the pond (Yankside)............

    Why can I not bet overseas? I can and have used Bodog4life or Bodoglife.com or whatever that's called, and im assuming that that is an American site therefore it's ok. Gambling laws here are so ridiculously obscure it borders on comical. Gambling is supposedly illegal, with regards to slot machines here in Florida, yet they have all these machines that resemble fruit machines that apparently pay you money, in bars and restaurants, and petrol/gas stations etc etc. The only place that it is truly legal I suppose are the Indian casinos scattered throughout Florida.

    What I am getting at really, is that I went to Paddypower and (although I already knew) was unable to sign up. Is it that the U.S doesn't want any more dollars going outside the country??? There are already more dollars outside the U.S than there are inside it!!

      Mental. How on Earth do you fund all that? You must have had the likes of RVP and SIlva from the beginning.

      Even if I got rid of Vertonghen and Saylor for two 3.8m defs I still dont think i'd be able to do all that. Problem for me is that I am stuck with Pienaar and HBA. NEither of them excite me, neither of them are explosive, neither of them are worth all that much pounds wise 🙁

      Amazing team value you have there Dr Rog. I think it is too much. I'd much rather a Michu/Fellaini in for Silva and spend the money elsewhere. If Silva looks like he's worth the extra money then be ready to switch, for now, he seems the weak link. Your team is brilliant though and the team value, exceptional. Very jealous.
