The Paddy Power Cup has reached the Quarter-Final stages and with our final eight now having qualified for the Fantasy Football Scout Shield at the end of the season, they turn their attentions to their next opponent, on the trail of cup glory.

Former Fantasy Premier League leader Iyad Zahlan and his side, Giavara555, was the name that everyone wanted to avoid but it’s MileHigh who gets the “privilege” of that particular match-up. The sure-fire certainty for the televised tie, MileHigh goes into the weekend sitting in 224 position in the world, just 218 spots behind Iyad, and will fancy his chances of a giant-killing, having enjoyed another climb in Gameweek 19.

JMS was the other high ranked manager in the draw. Now sitting 149th in the world, he will face Mr.KK in last eight, with “ange1range1” taking on “Ricky Smokes lets go” and “Wild Rover” facing “Tommy Tynans Left Shin Pad” in a stormy community head-to-head battle.

All ties will be played out over Gameweek 20 this weekend. Good luck to all involved.

3Wild roverVs.Tommy Tynans Left Shin Pad

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Rodgers says Suarez being played with swollen ankle for three weeks now. That can't be good, I reckon he could be rested soon.

Don't think they can rest him can they? They don't have another striker. Maybe if they buy in Jan. Otherwise, he has to play.

How does Hughes + Silva -> Sagna + Bale (2FTs) sound or Gorkss + Silva -> Wilkinson + Bale (2FTs)?Team would then be:

    Begovic – Foster

Jose Enrique – Sagna – Clyne – Davies – Gorkss

    Bale – Mata – Walcott – Michu – Sterling

    RVP – Suarez – Berbatov

    Cheers!

2nd last post on last page (thanks RvP Fc for reply). Repost:

I’m having one of those I really don’t know what to do weeks, advice greatly appreciated 🙂

    Trem, Bego
    Zab, Enrique, Shorey, Clyne, Davies
    Silva, Bale, Michu, Punch, Sterling
    Suarez, Rvp, Rooney

    1FT, 0 in the bank

    A) Rooney -> any suggestions? Favouring Ba, Chicharito, Berba in that order.
    B) Sterling/ Puncheon -> Walcott? Would prefer puncheon out I imagine as Soton look poor

I'd actually think about getting Torres. I know it seems illogical, because he's Torres, but he looks like he could really bang the goals in with Benitez there.

I have both Puncheon and Sterling, and think I'll be ditching Sterling first.

Building up to the DGW, I've been looking at getting Santi and/or Walcott in.

I need to save 0.1m to do Silva -> Santi, so I've been wondering whether I should take a hit or do it over 2 weeks.

    So, the question is -

    A) Silva vs NOR (free)
    or
    B) Santi vs NEW (-4)
    or
    C) Walcott vs NEW (free)

Just seen this review of United's season on Twitter. Sums it up really

No regular keeper, no defence, out of form wingers, no midfield, can score a bit. Top of the League.

Does he need to be? He doesnt look tired and United need him at the moment. Nice 10 day break after Wigan too...I think.

You not worried about rotation? I know Rooney's injured, but there's still Hernandez and Welbeck. They could even play with one striker and Kagawa behind....

    2FTs

Tevez -> Defoe is 99% done.

The other option is then Sterling -> Nolan or Silva -> Mata/Bale - leaves me with no City coverage then though.

People's opinions will be greatly received.

Bale and Defoe - Spurs double-up and no Chelsea/Man City coverage?

    Hi guys, appreciate your input

    Jask Foster
    Shaw Reid JEnriqueCuellar Clyne
    Punch Mata Santi Michu Ster
    Rooney Suarez Defoe

2 FT and 0.9 in Bak:

    A) Rooney > RVP, AND Shaw > Davies/Nelsen
    B) Rooney > Ba, AND Sterling > Bale
    C) Rooney > Ba, AND Sterling > Gerrard

    OR you may suggest yours

So SAF is to receive no punishment for his surly outbursts yesterday…..and all because Mike Dean daren’t make a complaint against him….

What a fine, upstanding example SAF is to players and fans alike, showing how to pressure referees and continually act like a sore loser….utter twunt…..
