As we close on a century of episodes it was time to freshen things up and bring new voices to accompany my drone and that of grumpy Granville. In this weeks’ episode, we draft in both “Professor” Chris Atkinson and his “Rate My Team” computer, plus long-time community member and contributor, Jonty, for a new ScoutCast regular.

Don’t worry, the usual format remains intact although, having recorded this just minutes after last night’s whistles, Granville escapes the usual mini-league grilling. Not surprisingly, there’s plenty of “Granny’s miffed” to endure, plus “All Aboard” and the weekend preview. That’s’ rounded off by the “Full Jonty” a brand new feature that will bring you, the community, into our weekly ramblings.

    Bit skeptical about bringing in Suarez for Aguero next week.

    1) Pool haven't a great record this year against WBA and Swansea - 0 goals against both teams.

    2) City play Southampton, which yes they have been playing defensively, but I feel this game is huge for City in the title race, and they will have learned from last week.

    3) I'm more tempted by Sturridge, Gerrard and a defender 😕

    I missed out on Mata and Walcott and can't bring myself to pay over the odds to get them in now, how about the alternative value midfield? Let's me take a risk on Rooney and RVP, when Rooney hits form you want to be with him and if he does that while everyone's preparing for the DGW it could get messy.
