Don't know much about Chadi, but Paulinho impressed me during the Confeds. People on here are saying he won't score too many points, he's too defensive, but he got a couple of goals in the Confeds (in what, 5 matches, not sure if he played them all?) and I don't remember him playing a particularly defensive role.

paulinho will probably get more minutes as amongst other things chadli is a bit injury prone. i'd be amazed if chadli didn't get more goals and assists when he played though

Before anyone replies it's "template", here are my thoughts

Love the mid, but maybe downgrade Mata to Michu and upgrade JRod?

Too much money in defence and I would not like to have two low budget forwards like Anelka and Rod...

MC Defence is a minefield sans Kompany
Upgrade Thomas or Anelka or JRod or sit on extra cash for more options GW2 or 3

Honestly think Anelka and west Brom will struggle, otherwise nice team

I don't like Johnson at the back. Really amazing Mid though. And Benteke ok because of the DGW but I'd consider Giroud instead, just my opinion though

Aguero is injured. He's played well in pre-season. Pelligrini said in an interview that he'll be their main striker this season.

1. Maybe Dzeko will be not first choice for all the season, but at frist 2-3 gameweek, I think, he will start.
2. Maybe all because of my simpathy (or statistic?) to this player, but he can score a lot of goals from the bench to, and the price like 7,5 is not a price for Edin 🙂

Don't see why you would want to go for non-template just for the sake of it, pick the ones you think will get the most points, and ignore what everyone else is picking. For example, why pick Pienaar over Mirallas, and Pablo over lots of other players who are far more secure starters?

I reckon Debuchy and Coloccini should start, probably Santon with S. Taylor or Yanga-Mbiwa at CB, but could also be YM at LB with Santon benched.

yep exactly. you see about 10 teams and a pool of about 30 players builds in your head, then every team looks template as a result.

Wanyama is just too defensive for me - Koren and Brady for Hull are both @ 5m, way more potential between the 2 of them.

Would also punt for Coleman instead of O'Shea or Mertz/Koscielny & Collins for O'Shea & Williams.
