Players generally rise due to last weeks points (you cant have them 🙂 ), dont chase the rises unless you have a non playing player. Value will rise naturally with your points.

To me and I could be completely wrong but Arsenal don't want to spend the money. They didn't go after Higuain with any conviction and the bid for Suarez was trivial at best. Exactly that. Player prices fluctuate based upon net transfers in/out within the game, so when a player becomes popular (Seamus Coleman is a current example) their price is likely to increase. My advice is not to focus on the price rises at the expense of getting players you want long term though.

Yeh if the rise 0.2 you get an extra 0.1 when you sell. After a few months it could be the difference between an 8.0 forward or an 8.5 one
