With respect to midfielders, Ramsey has scored 3 goals (joint most with Yaya Toure). He has the second most points accumulated (1 point behind Toure). He's been in great form since the tail end of last season. He's strong in possession, has good passing range, makes late runs into the box, and scores goals. What's there not to rate?
Caveat emptor though. He did have a thigh strain, so there's a chance that Wenger could treat him gingerly and bench him. The following midfield 5 is possible:

but I predict the front 6 to be:
Wilshere Giroud Gnabry

Lamela is great, however i think Eriksen is equally as good and he'll save you money...
Wallcott is out for the foreseeable future (could be a few weeks) I would rather have Ozil.
HBA is an awsome player (i have him aswell) however, he's either awsome or completley crap - in my opinion he is worth keeping for when he does eventually show up.
Tekkers is injured (might not be for long granted) however, Aston Villa's fixtures look terrible so you should be looking to upgrade him to Rooney or Suarez, or downgrade him to Lukaku - Rooney, Suarez, Lukaku are the in demand boys at the moment.
Lampard just isn't an option for me anymore, yes he does score and is great, however he wont start every game and it's too much of a risk having a 8m midfielder that probably wont play all the time IMO- especially when Eriksen is the same price.
