  To the 2nd part, yeah, it will affect Ramsey, but I don't think it will affect him the same way every game. I see Santi nailed on that left wing, and Arteta nailed in the central mid, which leaves Ramsey to compete with Wilshere & Flamini some games (for 1 spot) and Gnarby some games (on the right).
  
  I can see him still getting in most games seeing as he can play 2 positions, but he'll get a little rotation, too.

        Kylian is the third one, 16 years of age and really is very talented but questions raised about his attitude at a younger age (seemed like he didn't actually like football). Ethan is the youngest, in an academy at the moment so couldn't say how he'll be.
        
        Thorgan is, imo, better than Eden (or at least has the potential to be) but definitely a tough team to get into.

        Well for one they're almost 40 places above them in FIFA rankings. No point bringing out 'they're never right' card, it's not completely false and a 40 rank gap is quite a lot.
        
        An overall better squad standard, even though Poland boast the star player Lewa, Yarm and Kono counter that.

    Having both is a really tough sell. If Ramsey's stock plummets and Giroud there is a clear 3-man FW line that doesn't include Giroud, then maybe. But it would take a lot of contingencies

Just looking at South American qualifying table.
Uruguay currently not going directly in with 2 games left.
Ecuador 4th, Uruguay 5th, but both on 22 points.
Loser will go to playoff vs a team from Asia.

I sure hope Uruguay take that spot from Ecuador.
At least they will have a chance of doing something.
Ecuador will just get to last 16 at best.
And the World Cup will be far worse without Suarez and Cavani.

Reason not to do Giroud → Lukaku:

Giroud huge chance of goal v Norwich
Benteke is coming back
Dont risk getting Lukaku for a hit when Giroud's a higher chance at points, and you might want to chance him for Benteke the next week anyway!

England have only actually beaten San Marino and Moldova in their campaign so far, with draws in every meeting with Ukraine, Poland and tonight's opposition Montenegro.

In fact, when it comes to winning a competitive fixture, England's record since 2006 is not exactly awe-inspiring.

Sweden, Croatia, Russia and Switzerland have been dispatched in that time, but, er, that's about it. So beating Poland and Montenegro back-to-back may not be a walkover.
