With leagues across the Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Sky Sports, and Sun Dream Team, we have plenty to digest as always. We also look at those who are a little richer after having a great week in our weekly PlayON game:

Fantasy Premier League

Cavan McDonald remains at the top of the Scout League thanks to a 70-point haul last time around. Only three of his XI produced the goods – captain Luis Suarez, Eden Hazard and Adam Lallana scored 57 points between them as Cavan moved to 11th spot overall. Veronika Solymosi climbs to second after producing 68 points. Captain Suarez and a double Everton defence of Seamus Coleman and Leighton Baines helped Veronika up to 743 points so far.

Luke Weston is a non-mover in third. He picked up 62 points last weekend despite handing the armband to Sergio Aguero over Suarez; the likes of Lallana, Coleman, Simon Mignolet and Nathan Baker all picked up points. Hemant Gosavi drops down into fourth spot – he earned 54 points thanks to captain Suarez, Coleman and Nathaniel Clyne, whilst David Wilson completes the top five after racking up 69 points in Gameweek 11. The code to join up is 1580-1106.

Joe Wilkinson climbs to the top of the Fantasy Football Scout members league after picking up 63 points. Again, he had Suarez to thank as captain, while Ravel Morrison and Coleman also chipped in. Luke van Lelyveld climbs to second after a 74 point Gameweek, while former leader Wasana Busby drops to third; captain Suarez and Wayne Rooney were the only two to deliver the points as Wasana slipped to just outside the top 1,000.

Sky Sports Fantasy Football

Ben Broadhurst continues his stunning season at the top of the Scout League. Currently sitting on 918 points, Ben is not only 89 points ahead of his nearest challenger Thomas Daines, he is now the overall leader in the Sky Sports game – a full 17 points ahead of any other player. Garry Wheeler and Michael Galbraith are joint-third, 10 points behind Thomas on 817 points apiece. The winner of our Sky league, which has extended its lead at the top in the league of leagues, wins £1,000. To join, visit Sky Sports Fantasy Football and key in League Name: FFScout, League Code: 8000112.

Sun Dream Team

Gary Sullivan retains top spot but his lead is down to just three points. His team, which comprises six Arsenal and three City players, now sits on 678 points – Nigel Dodds is his nearest challenger, with Robin Van Persie and Eden Hazard helping him make up ground. Gary Hamilton is a further six points back on 669 points, with the acquisition of Wilfried Bony helping his ascent. To join visit The Sun Dream Team, league name: Fantasy Football Scout, password: ReWOZhn1T1 and PIN: 8061654.

PlayOn

Chris Costa was top dog in PlayON’s exclusive Fantasy Football Scout £2 game last time around. He loaded up on four Liverpool players and also had Robert Snodgrass and Adam Lallana to thank for earning him £38.09. Brady Worton picked up £25.53 in second spot and Steve Porter finished the Gameweek £19.32 richer in third spot.

Fantasy Football Scout Cup

As we mentioned in a previous article, the cut-off point for entry into the qualifying round was last Monday night. We’re busy sorting out the draw behind the scenes and should hopefully have the First Round fixtures with you over the weekend.

I suppose I just have an issue with those types of teams, teams that now have in many ways caused this situation. If Portugal had topped their group, as they really should have, Sweden would probably play Russia. So in some ways I blame Portugal's inconsistency for nearly messing up Sweden's chances too and therefore would rather see Sweden go through, if that makes sense at all!

i said this on the guardian on an article about it

'I thought Moutinho was Portugal's best player in the euros. I think I'd rather have Ronaldo there though still, Ibra brings strength on the ball, a refusal to pass to team mates until he absolutely has to and the odd spectacular goal, but with Ronaldo it'll be more theatrical and emotional and I think more unpredictable. It was both of those things the previous time at the euros when he didn't even take a penalty in a shoot out.'

      someone actually replied:

'refusal to pass until he absolutely has to? crock of shit.'

Rooney is a historically proven asset in FPL(and rl).

Agreed, I reckon it's just because he's not as flash or fast as some of the other favourites like Suarez or Aguero but his talent is unquestionably. I mean he played for 28 minutes against Swansea this season and walked away with 2 assists. Top player and top FPL prospect.

Hey Guys, Could I have a few views which is the best transfer as Rooney looks set to rise?

    Boruc, Davis
    Terry, GJ, Dawson, Clyne, Burner
    Ozil, Ramsey, Hazard, Ravel, Januzaj
    Saurez, Aguero, Lukaku

    Bank £1.8M

    a) Ozil & Lukaku to Rooney & Walcott -4 (got exact money)

    b) Ozil & Lukaku to Rooney & Sess -4 (then Sess to Walcott when confirmed fit)

    c) Boruc to De Gea

    d) Something Else?

Will Walcott be back next week? If not, b makes more sense. Nothing worse for a 4 point hit to get someone in who's not playing.
Plus, Walcott might fall and sess rise before you do that transfer.

Wow, Ive got something very similar.

      Boruc, 4.0
      Terry, GJ, Dawson, NASTY, TOURE
      WALCOTT, Ramsey, Hazard, Ravel, Januzaj
      Aguero, Suarez, Lukaku
      1.1itb

Anyways - what I am doing is keeping Lukaku and will transfer Sturridge in for GW14 and 15 (NOR,WHU). Lukaku happens to have mun,ars those 2 weeks. I will transfer Lukaku back in for GW16. Thats me though as Im not sure rooney will outscore them over that period.

Your team looks sound this week and if I were you I would do:
      GW12: Januzaj to Sess
      GW13: Hold
GW14: Ozil to Walcott, Lukaku to Studge.

Dont forger that Lukaku has STO next whereas Rooney has tot (arguably the best defensive team)

Dont get persuaded by the bandwagons.

do you need both oscar and hazard?

people double up, but not usually on two expensive mids in the same team...

Don't think Benteke is doing it at the moment. Obviously that will change, but personally I'd rather wait till it does.

      Is Zabaleta nailed on?

Fact. None are even a jot on Messi, zidane, fat Ronaldo, ronaldinho , Gullit, Maradona. Let alone others from earlier generations

Anyone who disputes is an ass and a recent football convert. Both are terrific don't get me wrong. But would put them Iniesta. Pirlo. Batistuta. Shearer level. Behind true gods.

He;s just more instrumental to his team, better all around. Messi wouldn't be as good in a weaker team. Xavi and Iniesta make him look a lot better than he is.

                Better at what exactly?

Dribbling no. Finishing no. Passing no. Pace maybe. Heading yes.

                Awareness definitely no

Bingo on the Xavi Iniesta point but I highly highly rate iniesta too

Xavi is IMO over rated. Not as good as Pirlo.

                    Btw:

                    - I think Messi is over rated in sense he is compared to pele and Maradona
                    - best finisher I have ever seen is Batistuta
                    - Ronaldo became a more effective player when he stopped trying to dribble

Ronaldo is brilliant don't get me wrong but i don't see any attributes he has which would put him above Messi.

Ronaldo has benefitted from being extremely selfish and very talented in that the Madrid game has revolved around him.

Is it an insult let me ask to be same level as Batistuta and Shearer?

Gerd Muller had an unbelievable goal record too (in an era when defenders could foul from behind etc)...... Doesn't put him above, for example, Best, Eusebio, Antognoni, Platini, Becnekbauer. All far more accomplished.

You claim Madrid play around Ronaldo yet fail to mention the fact that Pep built his Barca team around Messi... And correct me if I'm wrong, Ronaldo's stats are much better than Messi's in La Liga. As you said, both are amazing players but Messi is a poster boy for Blatter & Co.

I'm a massive fan of Messi but I've never felt quite the same, I suppose I would need him to have a really good World Cup and at some point would like to see him try his hand elsewhere. I'm fairly adamant that the truly top players experience being top players in a number of different leagues.

Hey everyone. Any thoughts on the following transfers for -4? Or should I just save my 1FT?

    OUT - Lukaku and Ozil
    IN - Betneke and Walcott

Lukaku will probably drop in price today and I prefer Benteke for the long-term. Also, I don't want to have so much money tied up with Ozil and think Walcott will provide more goal threat when he's back to form.

    Mignolet / Daniels
Ivanovic / Coleman / Collins / Clyne / Martin Olsson
Ravel Morrison / Coutinho / OZIL / Hazard / Brady
    LUKAKU / Aguero / Suarez

I decided to just go with my gut and get Walcott and Benteke in for a -4 hit. Long-term, I think Benteke will get back into the goals and be a better proposition than Lukaku, who is more streaky. Walcott will come good too, I think.

I think when both on their game, Walcott will score more and Ozil will assist more. Perhaps overall, Ozil will get more points, but I don't think the difference in points will be as big as the divide in the price.

Walcott may not get 90mins right away, but the next game is not until November 23rd. If he doesn't get full minutes that game, I think he should be at 90mins for week 13 or close to (just my guess). I am pretty happy with my other options, so I don't mind if he doesn't get full minutes for the next game or two. This is more of a long-term decision for me.

I guess it's BAPs versus attacking potential. I prefer Coleman, who also has been getting bonus points, but gets further up the pitch and is more attacking AND 0.1 cheaper.

Curses, my Christmas plan was a risky one, but scuppered by a 0.1 rise and a 0.1 fall. Last year I got burned by not having players play in Christmas.

Originally was going to switch Zabeleta, Ramsey, Giroud and Januzaj for Distin, Bacuna, Walcott and Benteke.

Still might try to go through with it, but plans change.

I still maintain that Joe Kinnear has brought idiocy to a whole new level.
