How much money in bank? Obvious move is Welbeck OUT Zamora/Sturridge IN, Zamora being the better option this week in m view.
I would keep your other freebie to prepare for GW36, good team for this week there. Would bench Adam in favor of Zamora then.
If you can't afford Zamora I would be tempted by Smalling OUT Fulham defender IN, not sure he will start today
