There’s just one Premier League fixture on this Easter Sunday, as Arsenal visit the Reebok Stadium. With title rivals Manchester United and Chelsea both securing three points yesterday, this of course falls into the ‘must win’ category for the Gunners.

As for Bolton, the 43 points they’ve already accrued this season means that they don’t really have a lot to play for. However, after suffering a major humiliation at Wembley last week, it’s perhaps pride more than anything else that’s at stake for the home side.

The Dugout Discussion chatroom is open, and the team news is in…

Bolton XI: Jaaskelainen, Steinsson, Cahill, Knight, Robinson, Lee, Elmander, Muamba, Taylor, Sturridge, Kevin Davies

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Djourou, Koscielny, Clichy, Song, Wilshere, Walcott, Fabregas, Nasri, van Persie

The Wanderers welcome back in-form striker Daniel Sturridge, who was cup-tied for the Stoke game, and Matty Taylor earns a start in midfield. Jack Wilshere comes back in after being rested in the North London derby, with Abou Diaby making way.

Akers Richard or Akers, as he is known, has been regularly haunting this site since July 2008. He is young and foolish, take what he says with a pinch of salt. Follow them on Twitter

Anyway, when the best player to have ever played the game is missing from the West Ham midfield, then captaining the opposition attacking midfielder is common sense.

Wilshere "rested". Why would Arsenal need to rest players as they are not playing in Europe any more. He also came off early against Liverpool so he will not have been too tired. He was dropped because he was not deemed as physical as Diaby and Song.

Nope. Tired. He's looked knackered towards the end of matches for a few weeks now.

He's played a lot of games for his first full season. Not many Arsenal fans were surprised to see him rested.

there's definitely an argument for it to stand because you just presume it would be meireles who knocks it to maxi and not roger johnson in-advertantly putting it on a plate for him. the main argument for it not go to meireles is he never touches the ball, a pretty decent argument

no. they must have had a quick look at my team, realised I'd captained him and promptly removed it.

Watched the mighty Lavenham FC vs Suffolk Punch FC this morning. Fair to say the respect campaign isn't filtering down to grass roots level. If grassroots is a bunch of 20 to 40 year old fatties hoofing the ball around. The linesman (who was one of the managers) telling the Referee he was a "f*cking c*nt" was one of my personal highlights.

I was actually there. I was playing tennis next to the pitch so thought i'd have a look at the skills on show. There was none apart from the ability to smoke a fag and play in goal at the same time.

i have a very funny picture in my head of you dressed in a pair of plimsolls, white cotton shorts with a finely pressed crease down the front, and a polo neck T shirt, with a wooden racquet in hand facing an opponent in the shape of a nubile female in her late teens in a flimsy summery dress, with a glass of pimms close by... and your game momentarily being disturbed by some uncouth vagrants polluting the air with coarse language and tobacco smoke... the scandal

Maybe the respect campaign should come with some phrases that can be allowed, a tad less vulgar perhaps "Oh ref, that decision is most disagreeable", "You really have to go over the refereeing manual again", "You should really have your eyes tested" (for the more edgy fan). I think the referees should find this approach much more acceptable. Stupid f'kin c'ntz.

I haven't seen the phantom Zamora assist but I'm bloody furious they removed it. That's a big 6 points down the pan.

All I want is people to tell me that us Bobby captainers have been robbed by the incompetent half-wits who run the game... it won't change anything but will add to my sense of injustice and help to validate my decision to captain the unfit donkey in the first place.

Then I should also be reassured that captaining Drogba was intact the right decision, if not for a 50mil flopper to be brought on in place of him so that he could pop his goal scoring cherry on a dodgy pitch against the lowest placed team in the league.!!!
