Considering how tight this year's top 4 race is you'd expect to need at least as many points as last year to get 4th, which was 73.
After 24 games last year Spurs had 42 points, Arsenal had 38.
It finished with Arsenal on 73 and Spurs with 72, the highest number of points to fail to get a CL place.
As this is more competitive 75 seems like a safe bet, it should at least be enough for 4th.
Liverpool currently have 46 points from 23 games, and could conceivably make it 49 from 24 games tomorrow. United have 40 points - crucially more than Arsenal had last season when they went on to finish 4th, but Arsenal only recovered a 4 point gap, not a 9 point one.
Spurs are widely perceived as having choked towards the end of last season and finished 5th, but should Liverpool gain the same number of points between now and the end of the season as Spurs did - 30 - they will finish on at least 76, 79 if they beat West Brom tomorrow.

Then on loan there's Atsu, Zouma, the goal-machine Bamford, the marvelous Piazon, Thorgan Hazard, Patrick van Aanholt, Bertrand Traore, Wallace and of course Lukaku.
