    Too risky?
    Cazorla (liv), Sturridge (ARS), JRod (STO) -> Lallana (STO), RVP (FUL), Dzeko (nor) (-8)
    Especially seeing that RVP and Dzeko have blanks coming up and Cazorla and Sturridge don't.

    Those with their first WC left - best time to use it?

    A) GW28
    B) GW29
    C) Later in the season for further DGWs

    Current thinking is to use freebies from between now and GW28 inclusive so as to get a decent 11 out in GW28, then WC in GW29 with 4-5 MCY/MUN players (for their DGW) and ensuring 11 players available for GW29.

    Options this week... best one?

    A) Bony -> Dzeko - Bony needs to go, but thinking it can possibly wait until after CAR.

    B) Ozil -> Yaya/Mata - 2 tough games for Ozil combined with fixture congestion. Yaya on pens with 3 plum fixtures. Mata more attacking (with a lesser goal threat) an up against a very poor FUL side next.

    C) Ozil -> Lallana (leaves enough cash for Bony -> Negredo the following week)

    D) Save transfer

    Szczesny
    Terry, Kolarov, B Davies
    Hazard, Ozil, Silva, Mirallas
    Suarez, Benteke, Bony

    Davis, Puncheon, Clyne, Whittaker
    Bank 0.6m, 1 freebie

    A bit too early for transfer ideas but anyhow

    Mannone (adrian)
    mert kolorav vlaar (evans bruce)
    mata hazard caz AJ (barkley)
    suarez rvp jrod

    Thinking of doing
    A: caz >> silva for some city attacking coverage for the next three
    B: caz + jrod >> silva + dzeko (-4)...will take a hit in gw28 to remove the city/utd players
    C: evans + caz >> ward/azp + silva/navs(-4)...depending on how much funds i want to leave in bank

      I think this is over simplifying it, if your transfer in GW 28 gets you a player for GW 28 and 29 (which is the only transfer you should make) then why not have that player for 2 games and not 1

      Best thing you can do is hang onto your transfers now, wait for fixture confirmation then start migrating gw29 players in, whilst holding your balance of missing GW 28 players to no more than 3

          I'm not convinced that these % figures are very accurate. Unless I've missed something, at least 5 of the games at risk could simply be played in the midweek.

      Here's my mess of a team

      Mannone (Davis)
      Azpi Kosc Coleman Bruce Gabbi
      Hazard Cazorla Eriksen Mata Noone
      Suarez Sturridge Bony

      4m ITB

      It seems like Bony out for me, unless Coleman and Gabbi both not recovered by then.

      So which option seems like to be the best route?
      a) Bony -> JRod
      b) Bony -> Dzeko
      c) Bony -> Benteke
      d) Noone -> Lallana / Mirallas (and play 3-5-2, downgrade Bony later)
      e) Bruce -> Zaba / Baines (and play 4-4-2, downgrade a midf or Bony later on)

      THE CASE FOR RVP.

      Already there have been many jumping on RVP after his goal against cardiff, 5 mins in to his return. I for one was in the "RVP is not worth 13.6M camp." After thinking this through, i have made a complete U-turn and am all over him. We are now nearing the business end of the season and our TV's are generally quite high around 108M seems average for decent managers. So we now have 8M more to spend on our team than at the start of the season (a bit less due to money tied up in hazard, suarez etc) but surely if a lot of people were able to afford him in with decent squads at the start of the season, it shouldnt be too hard to accommodate him now. This along with the following points, all suggest RVP is close to a must for me.

      -This week, captaincy is an issue with Suarez up against arsenal (He didnt score against Arsenal, City or Chelsea when he played them this season, although all were away games). RVP is clearly the standout home to FUL

      -RVP has a fixture for GW 29,only 4 teams are nailed on to play atm that week, it shouldnt be too hard to bench hium GW 28 with good planning

      -DGW coming up, an obvious armband option again

      -A differential for now

      -RVP is a beast, a man capable of 3 at stamford bridge is capable of anything!

      Summary: With our increased TV's, RVP is worth the price tag, unlike at the start of the season. Undisputably, the best differential around with some great chances to give him the armband in the few weeks, starting from this GW.

        Before this weekend I would have considered Rooney the better option for a much cheaper price tag. We was named up front with RVP but the injury to Jones forced him to play deeper. However I think that was a one off due to the circumstances (also being a goal down) so I'd expect Rooney to be an equally good option (and in my obviously biased opinion, a better option)

        This would be a snap call with Fergi's Man U but Moyes has us looking pretty terrible. I'm not saying RVP isn't a decent option but its by no means a snap call if given the chance. We don't score alot even vs terrible teams + it seems he's gonna be protected alot more going forward so very unlikely to see 90 mins.

        Nice post. I am tempted, but can't really get him in without taking an 8 point hit.

        Things against getting him this week are:

        1) he has Arsenal away the week after - not easy.
        2) he's not yet fully match fit and Moyes will definitely want him to play against Arsenal => reduced game time against Fulham? Unlikely, but possible.
