As always on Friday lunchtime, we turn our attentions to PlayON, the weekly Fantasy Football game. Scouring the PlayON Price List for potential bargains, we back Tottenham, Chelsea and Man City to bring in the points ahead of some very promising home games against a trio of relegation candidates:

This week PlayON has a FREE ENTRY, £250 GUARANTEED pot on offer – you can enter your team for free here .

If you’re new to PlayON, it is weekly Fantasy Football so you can dip in and out of playing throughout the season. Once your starting XI is built, you can compete for cash. You can challenge other players to one-on-one games, selecting the amount at stake. The likes of Robbie Fowler, Les Ferdinand and OptaJoe are all playing the game and are there to be challenged for free or for £1. The Fantasy Football Scout team is also available to be challenged and has a 52% win rate up to this point. You can also create an open challenge against anyone else on the site – just click the amount you want to play for and the number of slots (number of people who can accept your challenge) on the one-on-one page .

For a more in-depth introduction to PlayON, take a look at this season’s introduction article.

Goalkeeper – Joe Hart
The cheapest of Man City’s defensive regulars, Hart is available for 8.6m ahead of Monday evening’s home encounter with West Brom. Hart will be confident of keeping out a Baggies side with a single goal scored in their previous two road trips as Manuel Pellegrini’s side look to get their title bid back on track. Tottenham’s Hugo Lloris is a handy budget enabler at just 6.6m ahead of a home encounter with struggling Fulham, whilst Artur Boruc (7.3m) has recovered from a back problem in time for Southampton’s trip to Villa – the Midlands outfit have scored just four times in five Gameweeks and are struggling to cope with the loss of talisman Christian Benteke up front.

Defender – Branislav Ivanovic
The Serbian sets you back 9.6m in this week’s PlayON Player Price List. Ivanovic welcomes Sunderland to Stamford Bridge, and with a clean sheet in each of the last six in front of their own fans, Jose Mourinho’s side are the most dependable backline around – with three goals to his name already, Ivanovic – who is suspended for the midweek Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid – will pose plenty of problems for Gus Poyet’s porous defence. Liverpool’s Mamadou Sakho sets you back 8.6m for a trip to Norwich this weekend. The Canaries have failed to score in each of their last three and, despite Daniel Agger’s return to fitness, the Frenchman has retained his starting berth alongside Martin Skrtel for the league leaders in the past couple of matches. Laurent Koscielny’s return could prove crucial as Arsenal head to Hull. The Gunners centre-half costs only 8.1m and faces a Tigers side that have failed to score in two of their last three at the KC Stadium.

Midfielder – Aaron Ramsey
Climbing off the bench with less than 20 minutes remaining in last Tuesday’s win over West Ham, the Welshman still found time to pick up an assist and turned in an impressive cameo as Arsenal reclaimed fourth spot. Ramsey looks vital to the Gunners’ bid for a Champions League spot and, at just 7.9m ahead of a trip to Hull, offers excellent value this weekend. With Eden Hazard likely to miss out again this weekend, Chelsea’s Mohamed Salah will fancy his chances of starting for the third successive league match. Available for 9.9m, the young Egyptian has scored in each of his last two appearances at Stamford Bridge and his trickery out wide is sure to torment basement-dwellers Sunderland. Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen isn’t cheap at 10.5m but with four goals in as many matches, the Dane is a real in-form option as Tim Sherwood’s side welcome Fulham to White Hart Lane.

Forward – Emmanuel Adebayor
Bearing in mind Tottenham have scored eight times in their last two home matches, visitors Fulham face a tough task to rein in their hosts in tomorrow lunchtime’s early encounter. Adebayor has netted twice in two appearances since returning from injury and, priced at 11.7m, gets the nod over sidekick Harry Kane (11.8m) as a result of spot-kick duties. Sergio Aguero is very favourably priced at just 9.5m for City’s home game with West Brom – handed less than an hour against Sunderland, he’s in line for another start and will be hoping to last the full 90 minutes as he builds up his match sharpness for the run-in. Newcastle’s Loic Remy could be worth a punt at 7.8m. Back in training after recovering from a calf complaint , the Frenchman is expected to return for tomorrow’s home game against Swansea and has scored in three of his last four appearances for the Magpies.

Yes this is one of the things upsetting my original gameplan for this week.
Were gonna go get Hernandez for Dzelo or Lukaku and Mata for Mirallas but....
With Roo fit and Silva not it is back to the drawing board.

Was planning to get rid of Lukaku, due to Everton's midfielders not realising football is a team game where you pass the ball to players in open scoring positions, rather than hoof the ball from impossible to score angles into the roof of the stands.
Unfortunately, he now appears to be one of the few fit to play squad members I have. I have to hope that Everton mids now all get injured, so their team made up of defenders will finally start to pass to him.
Any chance of that do you think?
Is there any point in making transfers, since whoever I bring in gets crocked that week or at best just before the following game?

Ideally I want players made from Kevlar and RSJs. Suitable candidates?

    Boruc

    Koscielny Cahill Baines (Coleman, Turner)

    Mata Eriksen Gerrard Puncheon (Snodgrass)

    Suarez (c) Aguero Lukaku

My rival who i'm 60 behind has Yaya, Silva, Sturridge, Hazard (& Dzeko if that's a bad thing). Hopefully this can be the week I bring him back into catching distance!

Was planning the same, but with silva out I have switched him to eriksen, which clears a city space and gives me budget to bring in aguero for one or other. The other one will become Rooney next week, so basically question is, who do people think will score more this week, dzeko or Lukaku. Dzeko would be right if I knew he was starting, but it won't be so

Bit of Good Friday advice if you don't mind gents?

    Mannone
    Baines Ivan Ward (Chester, Bards)
    Yaya* Silva Gerrard *Snod* (Mutch)
    Suarez Lukaku Kun

Thinking of Yaya + Snod ➡ Eriksen + Sterling (-4)
    Next week
Gerrard + Lukaku ➡ Rooney + Mata (if still in the hole) -4

anyway to afford Ramsey? I'd want an DGW defender in there as well.

Just about, but if I ship Gerrard then not sure that I would want just Suarez.

Ramsey a better shout than Eriksen?

Point taken on the DGW defender but really sure who to get

Either... Both have equally good chances and rotation risk...

How does this look for next week?

    Baines & Lukaku -> Zabaleta & Rooney, 4point hit?

Always risky losing either Baines or Lukaku for a hit but could it pay off?

    Chelsea City United Injury Round-Up

    CHELSEA:
    1) Holland: 'Hazard won't be fit to play tomorrow but the rest of the squad all trained today. We're not in bad shape.' #CFC
    2) Holland: 'Hazard is not definitely out for Tuesday but he hasn't trained with the squad yet which means he's a major doubt.' #CFC

    CITY:
    1) "We continue with the same situation with Yaya, Silva and Navas. The three of them are injured for the moment."
    2) "Yaya is improving but it is a massive injury so it is difficult for him to be back so soon"

    UNITED:

    1) David Moyes also expects Wayne Rooney to be fit. "He's trained great this week and has been in really good form." pic.twitter.com/SHo1Tsa6AV

    2) Moyes confirms Van Persie is still in Holland, undertaking rehabilitation for his knee injury.

    3) Rafael has been ruled out of the match against Everton, but Fellaini should be available. Jonny Evans is "making progress".
