Constructing the Template
First the big hitters which any team must be constructed around. The 3 best teams are City/Chel/Ars, whilst there are good players from Liv/Utd/S*rs I dont think any detrimental enough to their clubs cause to be considered essential, yet. Most likely the OOP Sanchez & Aguero will prove to be essentials and of course one must have a Chelsea player (it doesnt really matter which one out of the big 3 as I think they will all score relative to their price by season end).
In midfield, 3 slots pick themselves as Rambo/Sterling/Siggy have looked great from wk1, and they are already in most peoples team. Looking ahead, Sterling has the fixtures, Rambo = new Lamps, Siggy is a fantasy machine.
Fitting all of them in the challenge so a budget player is required, which is why Naismith is necessary right now - there are no other standout picks at that price range in midfield or defence, although JWP/Dyer offer reasonable alternatives. I dont really agree with a 4.5 mid when you can have Naismith for a fraction more.
Then the only remaining choice is whether to purchase another 8-9 mid/fwd eg. Ade/Lamela, and rotate Siggy/Naismith (Im doing this and already left points on the bench this week!); Or, go budget and upgrade the defence with 1-2 premium players (e.g. Ivan/Coleman). The rest of the defence is 4-4.5s.

what makes you think he would play every week at City? There are about 4 players of the 11 who can start weekly if they are healthy. The others are rotation fodder: the nasris, kolarovs, zabaletas, dzekos, sagna, clichy, etc etc etc

Thoughts on Shawcross? Stoke have some pretty solid fixtures coming up and I thought their D looked pretty solid today against City, buy maybe City were pretty poor which made them look good. Thinking of going from Terry-Shawcross. Opinions?
I'd go Pieters for 0.5m less. He was pretty good on the ball, and looks like a solid passer. He was much more noticeable than shawcross. He also has picked up 4 bonus points (2 in spite of losing 1-0 in gw1) Shawcross looked sloppy against city, to my eyes.

Reasons to WC this week...
1. Switching two defenders will properly solidify my uber D for a while. Can bring in the risers for the mean time to make money in those spots.
2. Rooney will drop .3 for sure. Can switch him for Costa, ride the rises and bring him back in at a lower price. Add Sturridge to this line of logic if he blanks as well.
3. Pelly was obviously taking shite and doesn't trust Jovetic. Can bring Naismith in to ride the rises and most likely bring Ade in in before the GW.
4. I may want to go 352. And I could make money on two midfield spots in the mean time as well.
