With this morning’s revelations (to me at least) that Charlie Adam is a major doubt, I’ve some thinking to do and may need your help. One thing I have decided on is to draft in Cesc Fabregas, what with the Scout Debate, the Scout Picks and the captains poll (55% for the Arsenal man) all indicating that I should.

    P.s. I saw on Chelsea site that Alex is fit, but is he a definate starter? it says so on site but couldn't see any direct quotes from Ancelloti

      Re: your above post, I used a simliar 'technical approach' 🙂 when making my transfer this week. Was loath to get rid of Malouda for Fabregas but did it with a view to getting him back in a couple of weeks.

      Chelsea have got a couple of potentially tough away fixtures, whereas Man Utd have two potentially profitable home ones.

      Also, you have Chelsea coverage in the form of Drogba and Alex (hopefully), whereas Nani is your only Man Utd player.

            Doesn't there have to be some consideration made towards profit and loss though - the amount of money lost could well make the difference when it comes to getting players in the future, or would you continue losing more money by doing it again?

            I'm not having a go - I'm genuinely interested where the line is for experienced players; I'm finding that the rises and falls are a lot more exaggerated this season, and I haven't quite made my mind up how important the money factor will be, that's all.

    Bearing in mind I already have Jagielka in my first XI should I play Coleman or Elmohamady as my third defender? Everton look solid defensively but I'm not sure whether Coleman is going to start now that Pienaar has returned. Any advice in the next 30 minutes would be much appreciated!

    So VDV over N'zog...I cant see VDV scoring any points with a |United 3-1 win today.

    N.Zog could grab bonus points in a quite obvious 0-0 (1-0) game.

    Morning Folks

    I have already taken a 4 point hit this week(as most of my mini league also have)to get Fab and Boswinga in but with Adams injury and a couple of rotation risks (Boswinga, Malouda) I could be relying on my current bench Odemwinigie (injured), shawx (Away at Everton) and givet (home to Chelsea) to save my week
