Surely Costa over Rooney? I know he doesn't get baps but he's likely to score more goals than Rooney & with United you never know these days. I don't believe that he'll be benched over Christmas period. If he's fit he should start & may be taken off at around 70 mins. Jose is finally feeling bit of heat so can't afford to bench his star Striker. Don't judge Costa on his last 2 games performance. He's a fighter & will score goals.
Defenders are starting to know his game. Can see Mourinho going with Drogba for some matches.
Jose loves Diego. Don't think he'll be rotated. Like I said might come off at 60s in some games but should start every game if he's fit.

In your situation I'd be tempted to just go without a keeper, it's only one week and your new GK would need a CS to make the hit worthwhile. Fabianski is still a great pick and you'll be happy you have him once the spurs game is out of the way.
