You don't need a City player tbh. There are doubts around the fitness of Dzeko/Jovetic, Silva is injured, Yaya is really expensive, Nasri isn't a genuine FPL prospect and the defenders will likely get rotated. Just because they play for a good team and have good fixtures doesn't mean it's worth overlooking a safer yet arguably better option from a lesser side.
You're probably right. I know I sound like I want a City player at all cost, but I'm aware that what's important is that we get the right players to bring the points home. yaya can definitely do it, he was a beast last season when Kun was mostly out of the picture. I'm willing to play 5 across the midfield to get him in, but not too sure with issues like price, ACON and 4 YC.
Yeah he could potentially go back into beast mode like last season, personally I'm not getting him in as I'm happy with my current midfield and the value it offers me. My little differential is going heavy at the back instead of opting for the Ivorian.

I just did Kun + Chadli -> Benteke + Yaya (-4) so it was easier for me in that respect but still I'd prefer to have Benteke + Chadli over Ings + Yaya.Point taken. Yeah for me to have 2 budget strikers that play in a team that don't score many goals must be really hard to take. But i like the idea of playing 5 in midfield...

It's a tough one! They're both viable routes to go down with arguably slightly more risk involved with the 5 in midfield option..

kun replacement (have bony and austin which i keep):
Costa - pros - good fixtures always a threat to score; cons - i have hazard, costa is a card magnet, does not get baps, and prone to injury doubts.
Dzeko - pros - great fixtures, good team behind him (silva back too), good scorer; cons - game time not guaranteed, form is dubious, i have yaya
Benteke - pros - good fixtures, great player, on penalties; cons - struggling team, just back from injury need to establish form
sakho - pros - good fixtures, good scorer, good price; cons - with carrol firing and valencia in the mix not guaranteed 90 minutes, i have downing already, if i want to later get a more expensive player it takes away flexibility
Rooney - pros - always involved, team on the rise, game time guaranteed, can be explosive; cons - does not play a traditional striker role, shares his points with RVP/falcao/ADM, pricey
RVP - pros - on penalties, getting into some form, coach loves him; cons - pricey, not the player he used to be, fixtures are a mixed bag
Punts - carrol, cisse, falcao - feels silly to replace kun with a punt IMO but some nice options.its a touch choice

They made some pretty amazing signings tbh.
I was really impressed with the Hammers against Swansea. First match I've seen of theirs in a while. Their narrow formation with Jenkinson and Cresswell bombing up the flanks was really effective. I'm liking Downing's assist potential with three excellent headers of the ball up top 🙂
