would usually start cahill and toby and rotate third def but keep 343One of Hutton/Cameron will always be available as they rotate perfectly, so Lescott is just an expensive bench fodder imo.

But that's hardly perfect rotation, having to play them away so often.
Villa has kept clean sheets in away games. Not a fan of H/A rotation.
yeah could be a good shout but wb have decent fixtures which id prefer to some of those and 4.9 doesnt feel too expensive. could drop lescott to wisdom and upgrade cahill to terry but lescott seems most likely to survive under tp based on whats said here
If you're playing two defenders each week and rotating the third spot, you want to look for a 3 way rotation that gives you an easy home fixture each week, an occasional away game is sometimes unavoidable, but I wouldn't want to be playing a cheapie away 50% of the time.

For me it looks like GW23 is a no brainer. but I see a lot of people planning leaving it as late as possible, so interested to hear why.23 most prob
Why is 23 a no brainer?
Main reasons being
- 14 day period
- Fixtures turning for a number of teams (ARS, MUN, SOT, SUN)
- The likes of Aguero, Walcott etc should be back fit
I guess i dont really see the value in waiting till GW24
I'm doing it whenever it looks like the best time to buy Aguero.

Remind me again why people are getting Lescott with their WC, and not Wisdom?
Lescott - 4.9m, on 54 pts, 282 BPS (6 Bonus points)
Wisdom - 4.4m, on 59 pts, 316 BPS (6 Bonus points)
I know the anticipated Pulis-effect might swing Lescott way, but he's not that big goal threat imo, unlike JT, unlike his EVE days. Plus 0.5m can do wonders in a WC team.

I think some feel that Wisdom might lose out to Gamboa under Pulis.
Lescott also offers a much bigger goal threat. Both are decent options imo (Wisdom owner)point taken. Wisdom owner here too, not making the switch with WC most probably.
Lescott scored so many goals one year, he now has a residual fanbase.
