Here is a list of those teams that are playing for first, survival or pride

    http://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2014/06/23/world-cup-2014-scout-notes-matchday-2-day-6/?hc_page=1#hc_comment_7465592

I'll be checking this article and that hot topic throughout the day to ensure we keep this list up to date.

I'm particularly interested to ensuring I've taken out all those who are suspended and got a good steer on their replacements.

For example I know Zokora (CIV) is out - but who will replace him. All those who contribute will be credited in the article.

Concussion usually means a good few days off even as a precaution...so I think its safe to say he will be rested given that Holland have already qualified and are playing for first.

Jorge Claros replaced Wilson Palacios for the Ecuador match, his suspension is over now.

While double checking, I found this quite amusing 😀 :

Wilson Palacios belongs among a select group of players with the ability to change the course of a game on his own. Known as El Mago ('The Magician') because of his ability on the ball, Palacios is the kind of central midfielder every coach would like in his side.

Chile set to rest Vidal. Expected XI:

Bravo; Silva, Medel, Jara; Isla, Díaz, Aránguiz, Mena; Gutiérrez; Sánchez, Vargas

    http://twitter.com/hermanchanampa/status/480892598882926592

Given Spain's rotation, i'd pick Fabregas over Silva who's started both the games and been poor. Fabregas yet to start

Italy played with this XI in training:

Buffon Barzagli Bonucci Chiellini Darmian Verratti Pirlo Marchisio De Sciglio Balotelli Immobile

    https://twitter.com/officialmaz/status/480804305382174720

Ibisevic will surely start for Bosnia now they're out of the world cup. I'd put him in as a safer option. Maybe Hajrovic/Misimovic making way.

Hulk will definitely start for Brazil who are expected to go with the Matchday 1 lineup

Nevertheless, Jose Pekerman feels comfortable enough to rest a couple of players ahead of the next round as team captain Mario Yepes along with the impressive winger Juan Cuadrado will sit that one out.

Porto striker Jackson Martinez is expected to start alongside Sevilla’s Carlos Bacca, while Juventus midfielder Fredy Guarin could feature in the starting line-up as well.

    (Independent)

    ...

Pekerman is likely to make a number of changes to his side with captain Mario Yepes and winger Juan Cuadrado both expected to be rested.

    (Sky Sports)

    ...

Colombia (Possible, 4-2-3-1): Ospina; Zuñiga, Yepes, Zapata, Arias; Aguilar, Sánchez; Quintero, Rodríguez, Ibarbo; Martinez.

    (Telegraph)

    ...

Cuadrado is expected to be one of the players rested by Colombia’s Argentinean coach Jose Pekerman in order to prepare for their last-16 match.

    (IBTimes)

So, that's enough reasons to assume Cuadrado and Yepes will be rested?
