We then go on to appraise the merits of Ed Sheeran, check in on Neil Warnock’s latest gripes and weigh up the Sterling vs Sanchez vs Hazard debate. Meanwhile, Kieran Trippier’s cross count without an assist for Granville hits 66 and counting. Who’s dithering now, eh Granville?

        Matic has gotta be one of the best buys for any team. Love that guy. Great player. Exactly the type of player that a lot of other teams need (especially Arsenal 🙁 )

    Goalkeepers have been shocking for me so far. Started with Krul, swapped him for Forster a few weeks later and then replaced him with Mannone on a wildcard. Three goalies in 9 weeks mad.

    Shall i make it 4 goalies in 10 weeks and bring in Ben Foster to replace Mannone or just forget about the keeper position?

    Got Gilks as sub and Vito will probably lose his place

      Haha that is a horror story if I've ever seen one. I think it would be very risky to go into this weekend with Mannone and a non-player. I think you should just bite the bullet and sort it out. If there is a keeper in the Prem who gets injured more than any though, it would be Ben Foster.....

        I seriously considered it. I think he'll get another 6 being honest. He just doesn't have that explosive potential. Pelle does; he could easily get a goal, assist and bps and before you know it I'm looking at a big haul (I hope)

    I'm considering doing the following transfers (for free):

    - Di Maria & Sigurdsson -> Sanchez & Downing

    Do you think they are good moves, taking into account the fact that I will be selling Siggy for 6.4m (when he is currently 6.8m) and will be selling Di Maria for 9.8m (when he is currently 10.2m) and so could well struggle to buy them back later if I wanted to do so?

    What are your views please?

      You're mad man! Don't get rid of Di Maria. He's involved in 3/4 of Uniteds goals. Also I'd keep Siggy on the basis you'll struggle to get him back and he's pretty much the best value player on the game. You can't get better for that price

      I've got Cahill Clyne and Baines as well but I'm playing Clyne. I think berahino is good for a goal v Leicester so not sure about the Moore choice. Southampton solid plus potential attacking return from Clyne.

        So you're taking a hit to bring Costa back in? As much as I'm trying desperately not too it may be a gamble too far to ignore. The other option is to keep Baines and bring in a mid for up to 6.9m but there doesn't appear to be many options.

          There are a few decent options like Mane (if fit), Milner (depending how long Silva is out), Downing, Chadli, Siggy, Diame, etc.

            Good shouts, Mane is looking the real deal but I've already got 3 Saints. Miller could be a differential, like you say if silva is out. Chadli I want but he's not been delivering at all recently and you never know which Spurs will turn up. Food for thought.
