In FPL terms, Baines has to be up there. He's gone from being an FPL darling to nowhere. No more penalties. Clean sheets are even hard to come by.
plus injuries now, that was a huge appeal of his too, you could relax knowing he'd start every week all season
Baines was great for a run of about 10 weeks before Christmas. Got a cleanie/attacking return just about every week
for regulars (otherwise it's obviously a falcao or balotelli), i'd say lukaku.

Begovic. Stoke got so few clean sheets. Had I not paired him with Fabianski early on I'd have been screwed.
Probably more to do with Wilson than Begovic. Look at how many cs they got with Wilson playing cb and how many they got when he was out. I don't think it was any coincidence they got another one last gw when Wilson happened to be suspended.
I had quite high hopes for Lamela after pre-season but he's just faded to bit part player. He has all the ability to be a top player but just doesn't seem to be able to perform every week.

Want is not the right word, I feel he's been unlucky... If events that were out of his control went his way (The Gerrard slip) he could have been a BPL winning manager... I do however get the feeling he's reached his peak and we've lost our style of play this season. If Rodgers is the manager next season that's fine by me as long as there's a change in the way the club's managed as I do not believe the current set up it fair on the manager with the transfer committee undermining his judgement. That said if there's a chance Klopp would come to us I'd hope we try and take it as we'd be seriously punching above our weight...he's a winner... If it's not Klopp then I'd stick with Rodgers.
Very harsh to say he has peaked and judge him on a season where his team has lost their best player, the first choice striker has been injured for most of the season and the main transfer targets dont want to join the club,whether its to do with wages or club being in Liverpool. One average season doesnt cancel out the brilliant season liverpool had last season. I do think the signings made this season can push on next season and the board back him all the way with his first choice targets
