The time comes when every Fantasy Football manager has to react quickly to douse some fires in their squad. The problem is, my team is currently a blazing inferno, without a disco in sight.

At least that’s Granville’s opinion. Buoyed from seeing his canny capture of Anthony Martial deliver a brace at St Mary’s, my cocky co-host is quick to dish out a whipping to my ailing lineup.

We discuss the merits of United’s new teenage sensation as part of another round of community questions, served up once again by Jonty. The three of us also ponder the Chelsea revival, David Silva’s fragile ankles and just how our Fantasy Football managerial styles translate to the dog world: a crunch question that’s been brewing unanswered for many episodes.

    Which transfer to make..
    A. Gomis to martial
    B. Coutinho to hazard
    C. Coutinho to prayet
    D. Muniesa to cresswell
    E. Coutinho to pedro
    F. Take a hit and do 2 transfers. If so which 2 from above list?
    G. Take 2 hits and just set up my team for upcoming fixtures...

    I am thinking of taking the hits but it could wait I guess?

    Whilst Martial-mania has been going on, Theo Walcott has quietly snuck into the starting forward role for Arsenal the last couple of Premier League games. Apparently he has scored 11 goals in his last 12 starts. And he also scored off the bench vs Zagreb last week.

    Personally I wouldn't touch him with a 10ft barge pole, unless Giroud is guaranteed not to play. But that's never stopped FFS going crazy for Walcott before. But he isn't even in the discussion at the moment, let alone the usual Theo-mania...

        Yeah I think this is the consensus. He screwed everyone over and was a key part in one of the worst starts for FPL that most FFS users have ever had to endure.

        Still though, OOP, that ridiculous points per minute ratio... I'm sure we will all forgive him soon enough (only for him to shaft us again).

    Totally theoretical question but assuming each of the 3 stated, get the same minutes, who would you perceive would get the most FPL points, over the next 10 GWs (spurs, NEW, BOU, man u, NOR, ast, LIV, SOU, sto, SWA)

    I understand there is the possibility of injuries, suspensions, rotation but simply: same gametime minutes, who scores the most FPL points.

          just had a look at your team. i wouldn't be concered with yaya yet with benteke and gomez in your squad. they'll drop severely fast in value so i'd look to prioritise either of those.
          on the yaya point, i agree and i think he will play less advanced, but then even when he's done this in the past, he's shown us that he can still produce.
