Earlier this week we made a raft of Euro 16 related statistics available to those who sign up early to our 2016/17 season memberships.

As promised, we’ve now produced a movie highlighting this Euro 16 data, along with a guide on how the statistics can be accessed and used to help contribute to decision making.

We’ve provided statistics not only for the tournament itself but also from the Qualifying Rounds and 12 months of international friendlies involving the participating nations. This includes the recent matches and all those played right up to Friday’s tournament kick-off.

You can view the preview movie below or via our YouTube channel.

Memberships from the 2015/16 expired on Wednesday June 1 but you can now renew to get access to the members area.

The Euro 16 offering comes packaged with the regular Fantasy Football Scout membership. You can get the Euro 16 statistics and all the usual Premier League statistics and tools for the 2016/17 campaign once that gets underway.

Existing registered users can upgrade via this link. New users, who are yet to register an account, can sign up via this link.

Payments can be made through Paypal or via Stripe using debit or credit cards. Membership will increase to £15.00 on conclusion of the first weekend of the Premier League season.

Be sure to check out all the other benefits of signing up as a member here. A full FAQ on our Members area is also available here.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I thought you mean either for your fantasy team, or for Germany! 😀

Sorry, I actually had no idea you support Chelsea. You've probably mentioned it a few times, but I don't record these kind of things that much.

It's a lottery IMO. Swiss fixtures are too good to ignore, and Portugal seems strong as well. I'd say it's good to have one defender (or GK) from each side, at least until WC

  8. Red Star Toro

    Patricio / Kozaćik

    Fuchs / Hector / Rodriguez / Juanfran / Rami

    Kroos / Perisić / Alaba / Fabregas / Weiss

    Giroud (C) / Muller / Kane

is double Austria too much? What about midfield - too weak? Feel like I'm lacking KDB/Hazard

    1. Dukes of Hazard
      • 12 Years
      9 years, 6 months ago

Really like the Rodriguez pick, done something similar.
Double Austria seems fine, especially with Hungary being their game next week, although Fuchs at 6.0 doesn't necessarily seem to be worth 1.0 more than Draganovic.

Really not getting why people seem fine to spend 10 million on KDB when they can get Ronaldo for 2.0 million more. I really think that group with Italy, Ireland and Sweden is going to be low scoring regardless of the talent of this Belgium side. I think if you save a million on fuchs and maybe tweek a few things here and there then maybe Ozil for Kroos might be an upgrade worth pursuing?

      Your defence is very strong.

Actually was getting ahead of myself with my pro ronaldo bias. I understand that their are good alternatives in the 8.5 striker brackets which you don't get in midfield.

Morata should be back for the tournament and start as the CF for Spain, so if you had reasoned that he's the forward you want, nothing has happened that should change that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated 🙂

    De Gea, Rui Pat

    Lichtshteiner, Juanfran, Hector, Rami, Strinic

Faberglas, Forsberg, Ozil, Renato Sanchez, Matuidi

    Ronaldo, Muller, Giroud

I'm thinking about downgrading cr7 to Kane/morata and that will allow me to upgrade giroud to griezman and Renato to some 7m.
    What do you think?

I was planning on saving my wildcard for the quarter finals (unless I really need it earlier) but now I'm not sure.

By the quarter finals surely everyone is going to have the same players as there will be much fewer teams and we will know which players are on form.
Is it more important to try and get a big lead early on?

What are people's plans for the wildcard. I'm thinking GW 2 or 3 now.

Yes, as obviously half the teams from the last 16 will be out and I was worried I'd have too many non playing players in my team for quarter finals.

But you wouldn't be picking players from teams finishing 3rd and you'd be avoiding others playing the favourites so 4 transfers would suffice.

    Gents,
Need some advice. I'm playing a separate Euro Fantasy cash league with some mates. The mechanism & scoring is fairly simple. Choose 7 players (1 GK, 2 DF, 2 MF & 2 FW). Points are awarded/deducted only for clean sheets, goals scored and yellow/red cards. (No points for assist)

If you choose any 7 players from the format above, who would it be, bearing in mind you can only have 1 player per country? I've gone for:

    GK - Patricio
    DF - Rodriquez
    DF - Ramos
    MF - Perisic
    MF - KDB - Capt.
    FW - Giroud
    FW - Muller

Any thoughts? Shd I swap Giroud for CR7? I'm not entirely convinced of Perisic either but can't think of anyone else.

      Lloris

        No cash restriction.

Question is how far will Swe & Wales go in the tournament. It'll be a shame if they don't make it pass the group stages. There goes the 2 FW positions. No subs allowed. Yer stuck with the 7 players you choose from the get go.

The best strategy the way i see it is to choose players with goal scoring potential. Perisic fits that bill. Silva creates a lot but not known for scoring much, is he?

I know, but there would not have been a mysterious link then. 😉

I dunno, mate. I like Germany's attack more than Belgium's, but KDB is so central for his side's attack that he could be involved in more goals than Özil even if they scored fewer than Germany. Germany has such a plethora of attacking options, not saying Belgium didn't have too, but unlike Wilmots, Löw makes use of them.

Also, between Götze and Özil, I don't think it's _as_ clear as we make it seem up there. Özil is at least nailed on and in some set pieces, and also the more important player for his side. Götze's advantage is that he may play upfront and has more of goal threat.

Payet is by far the best midfield option, crazy form, set pieces, confidence, point to prove he should be first choice in the team

however if by some chance he doesn't start against Romania I will be switching him to Matuidi

Pogba plays the deepest of those 3 options you mentioned and although he takes some set pieces he is too defensive for a fantasy pick

any experts on the Spanish team here?

seems everyone now thinks Morata is not nailed based on him not playing a friendly last night.

I read a match report on a Spanish site and it seemed to suggest Aduriz had an awful gamed which cements Morata as the striker, it also seemed to suggest Nolito had an excellent game as did Koke, so Fabs could be benched

if we go by what happens in friendlies then we should all drop Jordi Alba as it was his mistake that led to Georgia's goal

also Silva and Iniesta didn't start the game

Cesc + Nolito are both probably first choice with high risk of rotation.

Morata is even more first choice.

      Not convinced by Koke.

Why is Morata more first choice?

Aduriz is less competition than Koke / Pedro imo

Bearing in mind that Payet probably won't see a full 90 minutes every game, who would you go for:

    a) Payet
    b) KDB

    Have Giroud already

I just cant decide... It is hard to squeeze somewhere extra 0,5 mil to upgrade Ozil into Gotze without Hamsik/Alaba switch.

Is Junuzovic a decent enough option to come off the bench in the final game as my potential 5th captain? Should I be looking to change him due to Austria's stuttering form?

If only Siggy was slightly cheaper or not playing Portugal I'd have him..

I would not have Junuzovic as back drop.

If you've got 4 other, heck even 3 other big captains don't sweat the 5th one being a big enough player. For a 5th captain Junuzovic is definitely good enough.
