Arsenal have lose Kolo Toure for 3-4 weeks with a calf injury sustained in last night’s Champions League tie with Milan.
Toure picked up the injury early on and was replaced by Senderos after just 7-minutes.
“Kolo has a calf injury and from what I can see he will be out for at least three to four weeks,” revealed Wenger after the game.
Toure’s absence will mean that Senderos will have his stay in the Arsenal lineup prolonged after a very decent run of games and points while Toure was away at the African Cup of Nations. The Swiss centre-back, reasonably priced in most fantasy games, should now start in Premiership matches against Birmingham, Villa, Wigan and Boro, with Toure aiming to return against Chelsea on March 23.
