Bolton’s Mark Davies may well be out for the rest of the season after picking up a knee injury against Fulham at the weekend.

The England U21 midfielder has received rave reviews since his arrival at the Reebok and had crept on to our fantasy radars as a budget option. He notched his second assist of the season against Fulham.

Davies has been ruled out for the entire month of April, with Megson sounding pessimistic on his chances of a return this season.

Interestingly for fantasy managers, the absence of Davies would seem to cement Ricardo Gardner’s place in Bolton’s midfield. Gardner is classed as a defender across the fantasy games and would therefore come onto our radar as a decent differential.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.
