Just a quick note to remind Members that they can take advantage of the Beta site and get a view on the player and team statistics from all today’s games. The Gameweek stats have now been updated, with those from the Villa vs Spurs clash to come later.

There’s some significant stats on show already – check out Wayne Rooney’s performance in United’s win over Sunderland under “Distribution and Influence” and, once again, Aleksandar Kolarov’s attacking contribution to City’s win under “Goal Threat”, for starters.

Defoe my emergency captain. Few weeks ago I had Arteta as captain and he was sent off. Now this, and it was never a red card in a billion years. What should I do? Maybe I will give up this year and start the next one. Dunno, that card was ridiculous!!! I am disgusted!!!
